   On entering the store staff were extremely helpful. Once I saw an ex display sofa I was interested in mo one wanted to help me. Asked numerous questions about the sofa, yet no one seemed interested. Got the feeling because I was not spending a lot, I was not worth their time. Shame really, as I went to the shop 2 doors up and got excellent service and bought a 3 piece sofa ser from there.

   Really, really disappointed with SCS. I ordered my sofa back in June with a delivery date of September 5th, it was then pushed back to September 26th. I got rid of my sofa ready and made do with a blow up chair. 26th came and went. I check the tracker on the 30th and it says the store will expect it on the December 12th! I have nerve damage at the base of my spine, I had to complain. I have been offered to have the delivery charge refunded and a temporary sofa to be sent, I don't have any other choice with the run up to Christmas. I don't expect to have my sofa delivered before Christmas, which isn't fair because I ordered in June. Edit: 2 days after this review I was contacted by SCS withdrawing the offer as it wasn't their policy to provide a temporary sofa (I looked online, and they do). Then, when I went to the store to cancel my order, I was told there was a computer issue and that's why they canceled the offer. As a customer it is my right to provide an honest review. I recommend going to MFS in Llansamet. Furniture is made in the UK so the waiting time is a fraction compared to SCS and also the quality is substantially better for good prices.

   Shocking IV gotta say trying to speek to someone over the phone. No answer been wanting over a month for my safa haven't had no update nothing been told it be delivered to day. By my pointy that it's due to be delivered to day expect a phone call nop no phone call nothing.    Absolutely shocking customer service. !! Ordered two sofas and a footstool . The lady that took our order obviously made a mistake. She told us we would get our sofas before Christmas. And the footstool would be delivered late January. That was fine, as long as we had the sofas for Christmas. We ordered these 15th October. Christmas ruined without sofas. And we eventually had them delivered the 14th February. So we'll over 4 months waiting . The delivery men were really helpful, But this store and customer service is a joke. And this particular staff member , should make sure she does the correct ordering. Rather than letting people go through this. 4 months waiting absolutely ridiculous.

   If I could give this company No stars then I would. Empty promises and 3 months without a sofa while they have had over £2500 of my money! Will never use again nor recommend to anyone. Cannot even get my money back without them charging me over £600 Go elsewhere people!

   Went SCS to look for new 3 piece suite. John greeted us we entered and was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our purchase, we ordered the furniture and a new carpet for our living room. John was there for the whole process, we took out part finance and part cash purchase. I would definitely go back there and recommend them to you. Ask for John he us very knowledgeable and friendly

   Many thanks to Kay for helping us decide and being so informative at the Swansea store, we came in browsing for our new sofa as we have recently renovated our home, Was keen on two in this store or one in dfs, decided on a console type here instead, for so much cheaper. Kay was very witty and helpful during the buying process. Thank you, we can’t wait to get our new sofa.

   Popped in to look at prices of carpets for my mother and she ended up buying the perfect sofa set and carpet for her home. We we're delivered with brilliant customer service by a very helpful and friendly gentleman called Wayne who gave great advice in a non pressuring way. Very happy customers all round.
