   Great little hidden gem with lovely staff. You don’t need to be a climber or mountaineer etc to shop here. Lots and lots of different items that’ll suit everyone’s needs including children and they have a great corner of sale items! Been looking for a 3XL raincoat for ages and this was the only shop that had exactly what I was looking for in the correct size!

   Needed a good quality clip that climbers use for mountaineering they had a cheap quality useless ones instead. I needed one for my bag on wheels that I can use on the bar of the bag on wheels. I have very heavy shopping like milk 6 pints in a bag to hang off the clip. I have one that's better quality than they have. But need a higher quality one than I have to not drop of off the clip from the bar on my bag on wheels. Too much clothing range and lacking in accessories.

   came into your northampton branch on friday the 21.08.20 at around 11.30am on entering the store i was greeted by a man who said hello etc he then went on to help out a family by the shoe section while trying to keep an eye on the shop and serve other customers it became clear he was working alone i just find this amazing on a busy friday your shop is being run like that..after a while and finally talking to the staff memeber who had great knowledge of the products i walked out empty handed after it not being in stock..really trespass help your staff out so they can help us
