   Our new kitchen was completed yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Everything from Steve's initial visit and quote, to visiting the showroom to select the cupboards and appliances with Dawn and the actual fit by Danny was a joy. Danny the fitter was helpful and suggested lots of little changes and was happy to fit in any changes we wanted. The end result is a beautifully fitted kitchen that will probably outlast us. I couldn't recommend Swansea Home Improvements more.

   We looked at lots of companies for a new kitchen for our new extension, we were recommended Swansea Home Improvements . From start to finish they didn't disappoint. Steve came out to the house with samples , talked us through the process, listened to the vision I had in mind and made it come to life ! Nothing was too much trouble, the fitters we had were amazing! The attention to detail was brilliant and they were meticulous. All throughout the service was excellent, efficient , professional and most of all top quality , there is no "hard sell " just honesty and professionalism.

   Swansea Home Improvements recently completed a full renovation of my kitchen, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. From our first consultation with Dawn and Steve it was clear that Swansea Home Improvements had the knowledge and the experience to bring our vision to life. The team was attentive, listening to our ideas and providing valuable input to improve them. One of the standout aspects of working with Swansea Home Improvements was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always readily available to address any questions or concerns and their friendly and approachable manner made the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We were very fortunate to have Dave Thomas assigned as our project manager and he efficiently coordinated the entire project and liaised with Paul the plasterer and Rob the electrician to ensure that the phases of the project were carried out in a timely way. The quality of Dave’s workmanship is outstanding and despite the extensive nature of the renovation every piece of work was done with a level of care that exceeded my expectations. Dave took the time to ensure that everything was perfect, resulting in a kitchen that is functional and stunning. Steve recommended we purchase quartz worktops from Leighton Rees and I am so glad we did, they are so beautiful and sparkly and I love them! Leighton and the team are fantastic. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and cannot recommend Swansea Home Improvements highly enough.    I have just had my second kitchen fitted by Swansea Home improvement Steve and Dawn were very helpful in planning and choosing what we wanted. the first one was in 1993 albeit was dated , it was still looking fine and only a bit of work top that looked old and worn, and a friend as fitted it in her kitchen , this new one as exceeded the old one, and was fitted by the amazing Dave Thomas what a craftsman, nothing phases him , he is very helpful and knows his stuff, all the work he done here was to the highest standard you could wish for . I also got to mention Leighton Rees for my wonderful worktop your a very nice man and Rob the electrician and Paul the plasterer, they were all very good and helpful workmen, I would recommend anyone to go to see Steve and Dawn if you want an high qualify kitchen with lovely and very helpful people .Thank you Very much

   Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen remodel. Steve Tanner and Dawn are so professional in the work that they do, and quickly resolved any initial concerns that we had. Kitchen doors, plinths, end panels have been changed and our kitchen now looks fantastic! So pleased. The fitters Stefan and Neil were also so skilled and patient, nothing was too much trouble. Would also like to thank Rob from spray solutions for the additional work that he did and Jamie the electrician for the new under cabinet lighting. Highly recommend the services of Swansea home improvements- professional, skilled and considerate throughout the whole procedure. Thank you

   We had a new kitchen installed recently by Swansea Home Improvements, and are delighted with the results. Steve visited us to draw up the initial plans and then Dawn helped us to pull together the details. We made several changes to the original plans and these were all accommodated in a very professional manner, until we were satisfied. All the given timescales were kept, and the fitters Chris Loyd and Kurt Tracy did an excellent job of installing the new kitchen. This included replastering the ceiling, and retiling the floors.The rest of Chris’ “team” did the plumbing and electrical work and they all worked seamlessly. Everybody involved was professional and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them in our house.

   Changing a kitchen can be a very stressful but Swansea Home Improvements made it a pleasant experience. Designing the kitchen was thorough and once agreed you are given a timeline of events and in our case every milestone was met from removing the old kitchen to delivery of the new. The recommended fitter was Dave Thomas and he was superb organising everything and letting you know how things were going. We are delighted with the our kitchen and would highly recommend using Swansea Home Improvements. I would also recommend getting tiles from TW Thomas, not only will you get a good discount through SHI but you will have assurance that they will be delivered in time for your project.

   We're delighted with our new kitchen and with the service we received from Steve and Dawn at Swansea Home Improvements as well as from our fitters, Marc Bromham and his team. To be honest, everything was pretty straightforward - Steve did us a great design (much better than we obtained from some other suppliers we looked at as alternatives!), the price was fair, Dawn took care of all our requests for fixtures and fittings etc, and then Marc, Rob and team installed it all beautifully and carried out some extra bits of work for us at the same time (new ceilings and lights, etc).
