   I went into Glenn Palmer Cars a couple of weeks ago and spoke to Glenn about my car woes. As a female it can always be a bit intimidating shopping for cars. I can honestly say he was the most helpful gentleman and he actually even questioned whether I actually needed a new car, phoned his mechanic Lee and got me some advice. I followed his advice and got my car repaired and I now have a new mechanic which I will use from now on. Although I didn't actually buy a car, I was so impressed and thankful to Glenn that I will definitely come to him in the future and I couldn't recommend this dealership high enough. Thanks Glenn- you really helped me that day!

   We purchased an older Peugeot 207 cc from Glenn Palmer Garage in Norwich a few weeks ago. We purchased the car without viewing it but the photos provided showed that the cars appearance looked great, which proved to be spot on when we picked the car up. We drove the car back home, a distance of nearly 300 miles but sadly we discovered major vaults on the car which to be honest would not have been identified by Glenn Palmer even with a full service and MOT. Despite being disappointed that the car was under performing Glenn Palmer had no hesitation in authorising a local garage to us to conduct the repair at their full expense. The very costly repair was completed and paid for by Glenn Palmer and I can now confirm that the car is now performing perfectly and no problems whatsoever. So hats off to Glenn Palmer garage for their after care and customer service, they were fantastic and I would encourage anyone looking to purchase an older car to give them a call. Keep up the Great Work Glenn Palmer.

   What's there not to like.....Glenn and Jo have to be one of the friendliest, proffesional and honest dealers I have dealt with. From the initial viewing and test drive with Glenn to finalising the sale with Jo, an altogether pleasant experience. My car was prepared for my collection in a fast and efficient manner, collection was trouble free, car was supplied in the condition I was promised.    Friendly family run business. Glenn is very knowledgeable having been an x mechanic, also uses the same companies on the hill passing business for mots and services checks etc. Ive been looking into getting my first compact SUV and Glenn came highly recommended. He recommend I take my time and didn't rush...as exciting as it is. The brother sister duo put me completely at ease and we had a long animated chat. They didn't push for a sale, infact they suggested I take my time and have a hard think. They offer affordable part-exchanges and he has a great selection.
