   I used the Tesco car wash today and chose the £5 option, which is the basic package. It is fine for a quick wash and makes the car look generally clean. However, it is not a detailed wash. I noticed some bird droppings were still on the car after the wash, so it was not completely clean. I would recommend it only if you want a fast and cheap wash, not for a thorough clean.

   I came just to wash my car. I paid twice because the car was really dirty why i decided to whash twice. However the car wash machine didn't recognise my second payment and refused to start to wash the car second time. In trying to speak with the staff on tesco petrol, the lady gave me just an email where i have to write for this issue... Tesco...!? Really? I cane to wash the car not to send emails and to wait untill you answer... By the way, the hoover hose is broken, so dear customers, check before you want to use the hoover as you will pay and never bring money back just because you didn't see carefully about this small but important detail. I definitely decided - never come back again. Because here definitely terrible service what yi have to pay in full but the service is not good or you don't receive that what you paid for

   Not even worth 1 star. I paid 6 pounds for a carwash and didnt get a foam? Waste of money. Will never use their service anymore

   I had a terrible experience with the carwash there. The top brush came down on my car and damaged it. The woman working there couldn't be any more rude even if she tried. I have contacted both the manufacturer of the carwash and Tesco as well. It's been 7 weeks now and no one has gotten back in touch with me about it even though I was originally told that it takes 7 days for them to respond. Very disappointed.

   As you can see from my record with tesco reviews I always leave a glowing review most of their staff are lovely. Except the one at the garage today. I was filling up a can for work and instead of coming over and explaining you can only have one! She lent over me, in my face angrily saying you need to stop and now! I explained I didn’t know and she said tough stop now! I actually felt very threatened by her and will be making a complaint directly too.

   I used the fuel assistance app and after 2 attempts off staff not picking up the phone they finally answered and when they come out and I said my card doesn't always work in the pay at pump they got bit moody. Unfortunately, this isn't the 1st time I have had issues with this station. So overall I'm not too impressed with them.

   Bad news for motorists in need of fuel - Petrol station is being refurb'd (Oct '22) but the sign advertising fuel prices is still lit. Fortunately had enough to get me to Morrisons where I filled up and did all my shopping. Very annoyed.

   Waited in the queue patiently to be greeted with a small sign at the very pump entrance stating no diesel. When the lady who was helping people left I shouted a suggestion to the other blonde lady staff member (who was standing about doing nothing) that they should move the diesel sign to the entrance so people can see it. Her response was to tell me “oh shut up”. Now my suggestion was calm and light hearted and there is definitely no need to tell a customer to shut up. I am leaving this as I can’t get through to customer services as I wanted to tell them that they need to move the sign as then people who need diesel won’t clog up the fuel queue. Disgraceful.
