Friendly, helpful staff. Always have a good selection in-store. Bonus of having a petrol station on site too.
It is soon Christmas! I went into Tesco’s feeling a little disheartened if I’m being honest. The family guinea pig died recently and we are all in quite a state bless us. I was hoping for some last minute Christmas food pick me ups, but when I reached the meat aisle I began to feel overwhelmed and scared. That’s when I was approached by a kind member of staff named Chloe, who directed me to the sausage aisle and showed me a whole new world of pig meat. I began to cry at first, feeling like I was betraying the family guinea pig by purchasing said sausages, but Chloe reassured me I deserve a wonderful Christmas with my family, with full bellies and cheerful laughs! So I bought the sausages, and am now confident that I can enjoy the festive season. Thank you Chloe!
I visited the store at lunchtime today. Impressively fully stocked, especially the incredible value vegetables. It's such a busy time for staff and I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work - it is appreciated.
Some staff are quite rude and unhelpful, especially in the petrol station. In one corner of the car park it looks like a fly tip area. Rubbish thrown over the fence. I raised this with the security staff. He was not bothered, "not my problem mate". Tesco should be more responsible, it's dumping from Tesco land.
It's a great store, just outside of Norwich. Good - sized car park or you can take the bus 36A (purple line) from the city centre and it stops just outside of the store. Very well stocked, clean, and lots of staff on the shopfloor clearly working very efficiently during what is the busiest time of the year in retail.
I like this store because the products are well laid out. The aisles are wide enough for customers and shelf-stackers.

After a day at work tired and hungry, you just want to get shopping and go home, not be spoke to rudely by the lady at the checkout, who feels the need to look at me and my trolley rudely, to single me out to say card only havnt you seen the signs, as if presuming I was paying with cash, not that I wanted to pay with cash but what sort of store has card only checkouts no option to pay with cash. But the way the lady behind the till spoke to me was plain rude, hope they had fun putting my shopping back, will not be back there again.
Great store with a huge collection of items including essentials and clothes. The seasonal collection for Easter was excellent. There were also special discounts on multiple products including wines and chocolates. There is also a Costa inside the store.
The shop itself is pretty good . A fair range of produce at reasonable prices. My one staff is for the toilets. Over the years I've used them a few times and they are never particularly clean. Went in today and there was ingrained dirt in the corners of the floor , the mirrors were filthy and the sinks weren't much better. The walls were all streaked presumably where someone had attempted to clean them... poorly. Last of all it never smells very fresh. Come on Tesco , sort it out. With toilets like that people will question the cleanliness of the rest of the store. Another edit to my review. Tesco staff seem happy to ignore their double refund policy unless you ask. I was charged the incorrect price for an item today and when I complained I was given the difference. When I then asked the member of staff what their overcharge policy was I was given and blank look in return. It was only penny's but I find it very dishonest that they try to "get away" with not giving you the correct amount
