   Steptronic Shoes - Poor Quality & Customer Service At first glance these shoes looked decent, but within less than 30 days of average office wear the flaws became obvious. The soles are made of inferior rubber that quickly shed its black paint, and the leather on the heel began peeling away from the sole and I drafted an Email to customer service to explain this. When I contacted Steptronic, instead of simply inspecting the shoes upon return, they required me to answer a long list of questions and provide multiple photos. I complied, sending everything requested, but received no further response. The process felt unnecessarily burdensome and dismissive. Overall, both the product quality and the customer service fell far short of expectations. Buyers should be aware of these issues before making a purchase. For transparency and in the interest of future buyers, I have added the photos steptronic requested on here, so that the public and Steptronic staff, can all look together and make your own minds up.

   These shoes are well made, made to a high standard AND don't need any 'breaking in'. Took delivery 10 mins ago, tried them on and marveled how immediately comfortable they are. Very impressed

   Best shoes I ever had. Don't know why other people damage them do much so quickly. I have mine since 2015 and 2017 and they keep perfectly. I only use them for my formal shoes. My only complaint is that they don't have any outlets in London or somewhere central to try those shoes on before purchase.

   Lasted 10 months. Initially I left a top review when I bought these shoes last year, directly from Steptronic. They looked great, were comfortable, and even smelled great with leather and sheepskin. Unfortunately after just ten months of owning, with a daily routine of mostly office wear and some days walking about town, the shoes totally wore through on the heel. I wrote to Steptronic who said it was wear and tear. Well yes, I suppose it is but I’ve never had a pair of shoes wear out so quickly. What a shame.

   I've been wearing Steptronic Shoes for several years now. The shoes themselves are the first formal shoes I've found that require no to little breaking in at all. I always knew how good the shoes were but yesterday I found out just how good their service is. There was a small issue with an order I'd made (my fault) in terms of sizing. I needed the shoes replaced quickly for a wedding. Through talking with Joanne and the team they arranged for replacements to be issued immediately once I'd shown them proof of return. It was all handled with knowledge, humour and speed. First class!

   I used to suffer from the most horrendous plantar fasciitis and could not find any footwear comfortable enough for the daily commute to London that didn't cause me grief midway through the day. Then someone recommended Steptronic to me. I tried a pair (what did I have to lose?!). I am now on my 5th pair and wouldn't wear anything else. For any golfers out there, do you remember when you put on that first pair of Footjoys and they felt like slippers you'd had for years? Now multiply that feeling by 100! Seriously, if I sound like I am gushing, it's because I am! Great footwear, lovely company, great customer service.

   COMPLAINT: I bought these Wislow shoes which are very badly made shoes that are not fit for purpose! Shoes should not be coming apart at the seams. I am really disappointed with these as I paid over £100 for quality. Clearly this is rubbish. Please give me my money back!
