Nice little shop with the full range of Solovair boots and more. The outlet is great as well for those looking to pick up a pair on a discount. Will book a factory tour next time around!
Great service at the factory shop. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought one pair and ordered another for delivery. 10% cheaper than online purchases so definitely worth popping in if you are in the area.
Informative tour on how the shoes are made. An underrated British company making a variety of boots and shoes. I got my 3rd pair today as there is a discount when you do the tour as well!
I bought hi-shine leather shoes (it’s leather with a plastic layer) And after the 15th use I found the leather was broken and cracked. I sent a photo to solovair and so it was a leather/manufacturing defect? so I received a second pair but with a different leather (gaucho). And there's nothing to say about shoes and good quality leather. We can clearly see the quality of the Solovair brand. So I recommend the Solovair brand and their shoes but not the hi-shine leather to avoid. Thanks
Best boots, excellent shipping service! The boots arrived 2 days earlier, when I open the box I was so excited to see and touch them, fell so nice ( best quality no doubt ). Unfortunately the right boot, was slightly detached at the top from the sole...(but I think is something unusual and doesn't affect the quality of the attachment; I hope). However, they are perfect like this, I recommend them with confidence ! The photo is taken after the first wear.(extremely comfortable as if I was stepping on a cloud). Edit: I bought a pair for my girlfriend for Christmas and they are actually perfect (without that previous imperfection). She adores them !
Awful company. Sent me defective boots that had a hole missing on each boot (1 side had 8 holes and the other side had 7 holes) so absolutely no quality control. I asked for a replacement and was told the boot was sold out and was offered a refund. I had to spend my time taking it to a dhl drop off and when I got my refund it was $25 less then what I had originally paid because of the exchange rate. Now I understand that's not their fault but sending me something defective was. Its not as if i sent it back because i didnt like them. They sent me a defective product. I asked for them to make it right and give me my $25 back that i lost due to their mistake. I was basically told no, not their problem but I can have 10% off. I wasted my time and lost money in the end for their mistake. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience I've had with a company.
Both a shop selling the normal shoes and boots with a 10% discount, and factory seconds with a heavy discount. All made over the road. Worth a detour!
Amazing boots. I’ve had my Derbys for ages, I have worn them almost every day be it work or general use and they only get better. Out standing customer service. The lovely lady that served me gave me advice and help finding the exact boot and size I needed and even organised delivery of the size I needed fresh off the factory line as she didn’t have them in stock. An old school service and company you just don’t find anymore these days, I’m proud to wear a piece of Northampton heritage whenever I put my boots on.

A small shop offering a mostly full range of Solovair boots and shoes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my visit. There is a 10% discount on regular stock but there was no outlet stock available during my visit due to a stocktake. Can't really fault the products themselves - I have owned a few pairs of Solovairs and have been very happy with each pair. Only thing letting the store down slightly is that they don't carry that much stock, so you may have to have your shoes/boots delivered. If you are wanting a particular size/style, it may be worth calling in advance.
