When I went here and my experience was magical the items were repetitively cheep and of the highest quality cumming in class containers this is for sure one of my favourite places to go on a day out I will 167% come hear again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great shop, lots of variety and fairly cheap prices! Also staff was very nice :)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON UPS DROP OFF.......Guy over the counter said he cannot accept any parcels over weekend or on Friday evening as he doesn't have much space to keep them and was VERY RUDE ...Guy mentioned that he just get 80p per parcel and can't afford to loose his customer who has to access beers/liquor by stocking UPS Parcels. Moreover during the weekdays he didn't collect the parcel as per HIS Shop policy they only collect it before 4 pm. ONE OF THE WORST SHOP I ever visited with stinking attitude ..
I have been to there 3 times, 3 times they ask me to come again for the UPS drop off. If you can’t make it pls cancel it from the UPS website. It wasting my time I have to walk along there to drop a parcel. The shopkeeper just simple to at the pus machine without 2 second and never try to reconnection the system then just told you the system is no collection. Pleas guy if you have better choose pls don’t go to this shop. the attitude is not helpfuL at all
Told me to bring my UPS parcel the next day for no reason!! they had plenty of space and I bought £15 worth of shopping and i am a regular customer - never again you've lost another good paying customer, why be a ups drop off if your unwilling to accept parcels and make it as difficult as possible - I will be complaining to UPS themselves about the lack of service you provide, you give UPS a bad name! Happy to take their money but not provide their customers with the service. They havo no business sense and are incredibly arrogant to loyal customers.
Worst shopping experience I have ever had. The shop itself is clean and very well stocked, reasonable prices too, but the level of service is absolutely appalling. Seems to be maintained by what can only be described as a gang of unpleasant men. I was born in England but grew up in India, and when I spoke to them in Hindi they started shouting at me for being racist. One man made very horrible comments about my appearance, and the others just laughed. I became quite angry, describing the medical condition which caused my appearance. They laughed. The time before when I had gone in to buy a pack of cigarettes, the man behind the counter was being disgustingly sexist and patronising to an elderly woman who was trying to purchase something. I believe she left without paying. One phrase he kept repeating was "is that everything, white lady?". My brother also went in a few days after me at about 9:40pm to post a parcel, and was told that they had turned off all the tills and that he should go somewhere else. My brother isn't a very confrontational person, so I went in afterwards to complain and I was told to "be quiet, you weren't here so we don't take your complaint". Absolutely shocking.
