   I had a very bad experience by a staff named Helen stereotyping us as she wouldn't let us use the lift even though its a public use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Helen is a stereotypical and wasn't nice as soon as we stepped onto the mens floor as we were looking as some clothing and she said we sprayed the cologne everywhere even though they were testers !! Silly Helen this was at September 26th 2025 at around 4:15 pm

   Had bad staff asking us to leave without no reason at all. Just wanted to have a look at some clothes for the winter and the lady Helen asked me to leave and I couldn't use the lift saying we were messing about when we clearly weren't. Also she was asking us to leave also because we were spraying the tester men colognes to smell them just out of curiosity and me and my mates got bantered for it as Helen was saying and kept telling us to leave. It was a bit stereotypical with stubborn staff. This was exactly at september 26th 4:15.

   An employee called Helen who was working on the 26 th September at roughly 4:10 pm was extremely rude and asked us to leave the building when we had clearly done nothing. I think she was simply very stereotypical of teenagers

   I like going in & browsing. Sometimes I'll buy something. They never have my bra size which is annoying as the underwear is really nice. Apart from that it's an OK shop.

   Five stars as you get the Buxton Welcome. Store nicely set out, ladies & Children On The ground floor. Plenty to look at, the cashier is just under the stairs as you enter. Gentlemen go upstairs where you are met once more with a smile & towards the back another Cashier desk. The stock constantly renewed with the brands best. So if you are looking for a Next with a big heart, this is the place to be
