Ordered online, delivery 2 days late, no notification of delay and no phone number on website to call someone - online experience 1/5. In fairness, the stores are excellent but online has yet to deliver!!! Can someone please contact me Called the store as instructed - they said call customer services!!! customer services said the order is with the store! They have messaged the store to call back…….. Received email from store to say it will be delivered Thursday, one full week to deliver £255 order 11 miles - never again. Refund please.

Connie was fantastic when I visited the Norwich store. I came in to buy red wine as a present for a friend and she printed a map of the region in France that he likes and suggested a whole host of great wines of the same ilk, along with their tasting notes. I will be back!
A good value wine merchants, not the place to really go for vintages to stock your cellar, but a great place to discover new drinkable wines. I personally can recommend the Alturo Malbec. At the time of writing it is £5.99 per bottle if you buy at least six bottles of any wine. They offer a selection of wines for tasting every day, maintain records of what you have bought and recommend new wines based on that. They also do free deliveries to save you having to carry heavy weight.
We've only been a couple of times to get free bottles through our Vodafone app but the staff are always lovely even though we aren't buying anything. They are happy to give advice and tell us when the tasting evenings are.
Arrived here looking for a bottle of red for my father in laws birthday. The staff were fantastic. I don't know a lot about wine but they certainly do. Needless to say they helped me find the perfect bottle which he enjoyed very much.
