    Rude female member of staff in charge. Had closed shop around 3pm saying "gone for lunch". There was a lot of bric-a-brac and furniture left outside so I waited, intending buying an item I happened upon. 15 mins passed and nobody back. I went into the shop next door for 10 minutes came back to YMCA and item had gone. Volunteer called the person who seemed to be in charge, who was vaping outside who said "yeah, sold it", no apology as such just, she just rudely snapped she was on her lunch, tough. I stayed in the shop to browse and heard her swearing and laughing and some mate walked in, and she acted like no customers were about. I used to manage several charity shops and her behaviour was unacceptable. I won't be supporting that charity any more.

    Purchased a boxed baby Playpen, sealed up with tape, clearly second hand but looked good - when opened the toy was covered in urine, poo stains and dog hair. Please make sure you're checking the inside of boxed items you are selling, especially when you've taped them up so people can't see inside.
