Ordered 2 H.UPMANN HALF CORONA the cigars were fantastic the staff are brilliant and very helpful really recommend.
I drove for over an hour on a Saturday specifically to visit this shop and purchase several cigars. I checked the opening hours on Google beforehand, it clearly stated they were open until 16:30. I arrived well before that time, only to find the store completely closed, with no prior notice or update anywhere. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to make such an effort only to be met with a locked door. If you can’t be bothered to update your business hours, especially when people travel long distances to visit you, then you shouldn’t expect customer loyalty. This experience was enough for me to stop shopping with you entirely, both in-store and online.
Came into store on Wednesday and service was great, the team were really helpful and sorted me out with 3 amazing cigars. Will definitely be coming again when I’m in the area
Visited the Norfolk store in Great Yarmouth last minute on Saturday and the staff were amazing. Knowing the last thing they need is someone walking in at closing time they couldn't have helped more. For a newcomer to cigars I felt very looked after and I will most definitely be visiting again! Thank you for the help, your staff are a a credit.
Visited today at around 12 and I didn’t catch the name of the young man who helped me pick out 3 cigars. He was very professional and very knowledgable in helping me and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will be sure to visit the other stores closer to home.
Very upmarket store, clean, customers can use the toilet if needed, excellent choice of cigars & parking next door in the pharmacy.

Mind blown, went for a visit while on holiday, having been an avid pipe smoker for the past two years. Massive collection of Peterson and Savinelli pipes, biggest selection of tobaccos I have ever seen plus special whiskeys from all over the world... literally had to be dragged out by my wife..spent too much while I was there..a traditional one to one service that I thought I would never be able to experience again...well done Turmeaus..I will be back
Found out about the Shop, 3 Years ago, and can't believe it's taken me this long to visir, especially as it's only 10 Minutes from my House! Wow! What a treat and what a selection of Cigars. Great, friendly, and helpful service. Will be back again very soon, and will try out your sampling Lounge next time! Highly recommended and well worth a visit.
