We had a fantastic trip with Paul skipper on The Brighton Diver out to the Rampion Wind Farm. Really informative, interesting and very impressive. I would highly recommend this tour.
Fabulous couple of hours on the boat trip out to the windfarm. Great views of the Brighton coast as you leave the marina, then up close & personal with the turbines. We passed back along the seafront and piers on the way back. Paul tells you all about the turbines once you're there.
We had a great time on our tour of Rampion wind farm :) The trip out to the site was exhilarating and Paul gave some really interesting insight into the construction and working of the wind farm when we got there. This included some facts about how they have actually caused an increase in the number of fish species there due to the construction of artificial granite "reefs" on the seabed and by prohibiting the operation of trawling vessels in or around the site. Very cool! We were lucky to have great weather (though breezy!) and it was lovely to get a new perspective of Brighton and the surrounding coastline while learning about these massive turbines.
Great day out yesterday to the wind farm , was a Father’s Day treat for my dad, was very knowledgeable about the wind farm, had a brilliant day weather wise and the boat was lovely. Would fully recommend!! Cheers Paul
We had a really fun afternoon on the Brighton Diver celebrating a 40th birthday party. Paul was great to communicate with prior to the event and we found him to be very relaxed and accommodating on board. We loved that we could bring our own food and drink and were left to ourselves to enjoy our party at sea! Would recommend to others and will be booking again for another event.
I had a wonderful trip to Rampion wind farm. Paul, skipper and guide, was very efficient and conscious of our safety. Of course, having perfect weather and flat calm seas no doubt helped.
We had a great trip on the Brighton diver We had a punctual departure, great Knowledge of the Wind Farm was shared by Paul. As birthday treat for my Mum it was a great experience seeing Brighton from the sea. Thoroughly enjoyable trip, I'd recommend it.
Amazing experience, boat very clean and excellent condition, the skipper was superb, fantastic commentary on the turbines etc. The windfarm is astonishing when close up and you get within touching distance! Loved every minute of this trip. All passengers on the boat were so happy with the experience. On the return, we passed along Brighton sea front and saw our city from a new perspective. Will be booking again next summer. THANK YOU Paul.
Excellent tour, arranged very flexibly at short notice for a mixed age group of adults and children. Learned lots of interesting information about the windfarm and everyone just enjoyed the experience of being in the boat and viewing Brighton from the sea. Took drinks and snacks and sun cover. Great value, an enjoyable Sunday family outing with something for everyone!
Paul was a fantastic guide to the wind farms. Very knowledgeable and personable. We were allowed drinks and snacks. Clear instructions to call the day prior to check we could still go and also how to locate the boat with specific times. We had a great day, would definitely recommend. Keen to book a fishing trip next!
