   Went here today, completely different from kettering, got help instantly ,brilliant guy knows his stuff and great advice and got two tv brackets,,definitely use corby curry again ,very friendly staff

   Always had good experiences here in the past but my last visit was shocking I was looking at tvs the prices weren't clearly marked. The ones turned on with prices on screen was showing the wrong tv not the demo one and the workers where all kids and no one had any idea what was going on I had to tell the staff member the tv he was going on about with the great picture for such a good price was advertising a different tv model on the wrong tv unbelievable was a shambles unorganised chaos. Under no circumstances should the customer tell the worker the display model is not advertising the tv thats on display. Very disappointed and wouldn't price match to argos like websight says it does. Running towards the fate of Dixons and all the others that once where

   I purchased an oven at Corby Currys today. The staff were really helpful and polite. I was offered assistance by a pleasant young lady. She was able to give me advise and support when deciding which model to choose. At the checkout, Gareth went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me to obtain a 'Bluelight' discount voucher from my app, as I hadn't done that before. He also gave us some helpful techy advise on a completely unrelated question. At the end of our visit, we were assisted to our vehicle with the oven by a pleasant young man, who wished us a good weekend. What a fantastic service. Thank you so much.

   Great service from staff who really know their products. Had to purchase a new integrated fridge freezer after the condenser broke beyond repair on my current one. A member of staff managed to help me find and purchase a new Kenwood one that would fit the current specs required for a new integrated system. They made the process quick and straightforward. They will also install the new one and remove the old one too. Fantastic service all round.

   Not very helpful. Would not entertain there price promise got told they had used there allowance for the day. Told them it does not say anything about allowance in there promise. Did not want to know. Not very nice staff. They lost a sale also would never walk into a Currys again

   Poor service, staff not able to advise if they can sell filters for coffee machines they sell. Other occasion, wanted to buy a smart watch but you are unable to fit it or see it as thats the policy, and also the policy is you cannot return it if its not broken so how are you meant to figure out if that watch is for you?? Comparing to other electronic shops in Europe this is the worst experience, no wonder people turn to amazon or ebay. Waste of time visiting, many inflated prices and poor selection of anything.

   Tried to get a refund on a on line order, 3 weeks ,7 phone calls, still not been sorted out, all customer service stuff we have spoken to don't understand the company policy, its disgraceful and illegal. Trading standards here we come.
