   Once again these guys have come up trumps when our latest appliance to break down (oven) stopped working. Sent them a text on Sunday (not expecting a reply until Monday). Got a response before 9am Monday and agreed to visit same day. Identified the fault (was badly wired in by AO.com when originally installed) and reinstalled it properly for us charging a VERY reasonable fee. I literally don’t bother looking elsewhere now, this firm is superb and, more importantly, honest.

   My washing machine honestly sounded like a jet taking off and shook everything in the vicinity!! We'd been looking at new washing machines when we came across the advert for All Electric. They came out quickly and repaired it for a very reasonable price. It purrs like a kitten now and we can hear the TV again. Honestly very impressed!

   Our old washing machine was well past its sell by date. The guys came round and confirmed what we thought. They were so polite and suggested that a new machine was the best option. They returned an hour later, removed the broken washer and replaced it with a brand new one. The price was excellent as was the service. Highly recommended and trust worthy.

   I phone this morning as our washing machine door would not open. Jay answered the phone straight away and said he would be with me in a couple of hours. As promised, he called me when he was outside my house. Social distancing was adhered to and he wore plastic gloves also. He managed to fix the door within half an hour. Absolutely delighted with the service, the price and the fact he is a really nice genuine bloke. I am not surprised that this company gets consistent 5 star reviews as they are first class. Highly recommend and they are my go to company for white goods repairs or sales. Thank you so much ☺
