   Very unprofessional! I emailed about a unit, had an abrupt response and when I tried to order something else, the company ignored my email! Other companies were more than willing to help with the query. Edit: Thank you for the reply but I have since ordered from a different company willing to provide what I need.

   Alex Ayres has done an amazing job fitting a peninsular to our existing kitchen to a much higher standard than initially drawn up for us. Although he was not sent all the correct items to fit on the day the job was booked in he professionally kept us updated on the situation and was quick and efficient and super friendly which relieved any stress that could have been added to the situation! We now have an excellent seamless finish to our worktop which was not going to be the case due to the studio’s advice on how it should be done (and we were none the wiser as this is not our area of expertise)!!! Massive thank you Alex Ayres, we were lucky enough to have him as our fitter for this job in our first house and first kitchen!!!

   I’m unsurprised to find other observations around arrogance and poor conduct. This company were appointed by our home builder to carry out a reinstallation of our kitchen. There were issues throughout the installation where they had failed to bring the correct fittings which caused me (out of my own pocket) to embark on a 3 hour round trip in order to collect items in order to have a functioning kitchen. To their credit, the home builder failed to pay them and so they didn’t return to finish the job. Whilst I can appreciate their position with the homebuilder, it is apparent that they have now been paid yet efforts to re engage with them in order to have them back to finish the job have gone ignored. We have been left with misaligned carcasses and a fridge / freezer unit which is incorrectly installed. This along with a number of panels being missing from the kitchen. There are over 20 issues which we are left with from misaligned cabinets to items completely missing. Whilst I really do have sympathy with them, their attitude to the situation is quite appalling - especially having chased them for months now in order to gain a single response. They have refused to return in order to correct their poor workmanship. This alone would have gone some way to correcting matters even if they refused to finish the kitchen on account of their dispute with the homebuilder. Appallingly, the Director of the company (in writing) should I choose to shed light on these events, threatened to sue me for defamation of character and to contact my chief constable - clearly unaware that I have left. I found using my profession as a means of threatening me quite appalling especially given the service would have no interest in a civil dispute taking place in my private life in any case. He also accused us of changing the design in an attempt to deflect responsibility yet the design remains unaltered since it was originally documented and sent to him by email. They have made no offer of returning to inspect their poor workmanship nor have they asked for any information in relation to it. Instead they seek to hide behind the fact that they deem the contract was between themselves and the homebuilder. I don’t dispute this - it’s absolutely correct. They could however, have done the right thing and at least returned to correct their poor workmanship which would only have left us out of pocket insofar as we would have to pay only to have the kitchen completed. As it stands, we now need to have another company in to correct their poor workmanship also. But shoddy installation aside, it’s the appalling, unprofessional conduct of the Director via text message which leaves a bad taste in the mouth. We really have suffered the most diabolical service from a wholly incompetent homebuilder - a matter far exacerbated by the appalling contempt shown to us by this company.

   Had extra Symphony kitchen cupboards put into our new build kitchen last week. Workman was friendly. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after and took all rubbish away. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

   Unless your dressed in a suit and tie avoid this place they are rude and look down there nose at you We went in to order some additional units for our kitchen we were told symphony was a high end expensive kitchen (ye we know we've got it) Also I asked about appliances and was told there expensive here your better trying currys or somewhere also told try wickes for the worktop as it's cheaper Eventually he got round to writing down what we wanted and told us we'd get a quote the next day after several emails we finally get a response a week later I rang and emailed several times And kept being told he was in a meeting and would get back to us but he didn't So after more searching we found out buildbase do our kitchen so we went there instead the lovely lady Jo on kitchens spent over an hour showing us appliances and listening to everything we asked the quote was done as said the next day and we are now waiting for our new kitchen It just shows you the arrogance of some people just cause my partner had tracky bottoms on covered with paint doesn't make us any less of than him but it was basically like we weren't good enough to be in there
