Purchased a kitchen from Wren Rushden lakes. The design process was smooth and delivery was ok. When paying for the kitchen, we were told that we would receive £250 cash back and that as we had a friend & family Referal, they would also receive £250. Unfortunately this has never materialised. We have emailed numerous times to our sales representative and I have also chased this through Wren head offices with no support being offered. Overall I would recommend for the kitchen but would advise that they are quick to take payment but not offer back as agreed. Left feeling dissatisfied. UPDATE 27/10/2025 still nothing received and no update. Will keep this updated.

Avoid! Imcompetent, unproffessional and disgraceful service Absolutely shocking experience with Wren Kitchens. Designers repeatedly assured me that adjustments for pipes, window sills, and floor levels would be included — none of it was done. Delivery was a complete disaster: missing worktops and wall panels, constant misinformation, and broken promises from customer service. I spent weeks chasing updates and received no proper communication, leaving me without a functioning kitchen for over two weeks. For such a large company, this level of incompetence is completely unacceptable.

Very unwelcoming, Wouldn’t ever buy a kitchen from them after today. Incredibly rude to the point of bordering on being shouted at by one of the members of staff. We went in to ask for a consultation & were basically told not to bother getting an appointment as we were not looking to purchase instantly & they couldn’t be bothered with us (despite the fact the showroom was empty). So we asked if they did any other colours on some of the units, only to be told we couldn’t afford the kitchen we wanted (without even knowing our budget or the size of our kitchen!) we will definitely not be going back & shall be purchasing from a customer friendly company who actually want the business.

From start to finish Wren at Rushden Lakes were just great. Lots of suggestions for the layout as we were making big changes. Good advice about all the options and no pressure to spend more than our budget. Can’t fault them. Thrilled with our kitchen.

A mostly good experience. Very experienced kitchen designer (Sapphire, Rushden store) and not pushy. Kitchen fitter (Dmitrijs) was one of the best tradesman who was helpful and professional and honest. The rubbish clearing company were not very nice - bad comms and a lot of swearing. Clearabee I think they’re called. Couple of damaged bits were sorted quickly. Templater for quartz worktops apparently got the template slightly out and got a bit of a rushed job from worktop fitters as a results some panels were left unsealed to the worktop and the fitter had to repair them. On occasion I thought it bad that Wren didn’t seem to trust their best fitter - requiring photos to prove that the damaged unit’s replacement had been fitted to the kitchen. Thought that was a bit off but I guess I can see that some people might take advantage of this. Would I use them again - yes I think so because everything seems really good so far. Prices were reasonable too.

Excellent range of top quality kitchens laid out well. Staff did not engage us directly but I am sure they could say we were just browsing

Attempted to purchase from Wren Kitchens, the measure up appointment was fine and the chap was polite and friendly. However miscommunications began immediately after when passing info to the ‘kitchen designer’ in the show room. I was phoned up by a rude woman implying we didn’t meet their 5 unit rule to obtain discount. We’d never mentioned discount and only wanted 3 units which we were happy to pay full price for. Instantly she couldn’t be bothered to see us and sit down with us, so our appointment that was pencilled in the diary all of a sudden was ‘taken’ so after a polite request to book us in for later in the afternoon we were met with someone else who also showed very little to no interest in helping us, as it was clear we weren’t buying enough from them to make it worth their while basically. We have since been to howdens and had a fantastic service their and since speaking with neighbours and friends it seems they’ve all had negative experiences at Wren kitchens also. Avoid!

The designer listened to my particular needs and incorporated them. Everything arrived on time. The kitchen fitter was excellent and was very patient when unforseen problems arose.

Our designer was very friendly and couldn't do enough for use. She searched for door handles when they didn't have quite what e wanted. she amended the design when asked and was able to suggest ideas from her experience. The fitters were brilliant, and even made me a bread board from left over worktops. I have been using the kitchen for a couple of months and it works beautifully, I love the pull out drawers and cabinets. I wholeheartedly recommend Wrenn from my experience with them.

Great experience from start to finish. I didn't use the fitting service as I had my own fitter. He found fitting the kitchen extremely easy as everything was supplied. Good quality units and nothing missing. Customer service extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend.
