Really easy to book my annual ‘flu’ vaccine here. Took a minute online and when I turned up, was shown straight into a private room where the kind pharmacist administered the shot painlessly. I was out in less than five minutes with full instructions on what to do if I had any reaction. This is my third year of booking here and I have full confidence in the service.
Excellent service. I ordered my flu jab online with Kamsons Pharmacy. I got an appointment for the following day. I arrived on time, was immediately seen by the pharmacist and was given my jab within two minutes.

Very poor service and phone put down in mid sentence. For some reason my prescription has been directed to pharmacy for you and not Kamsons Longridge Avenue. We were not informed of any of this and now have to wait for Royal Mail to deliver next week.Good job that this is not an emergency. After 40 years service with Lloyds why has this happened without my knowledge.
