   Can not rate the physiotherapy service because I was unable to find their place of business. The image of a house that accompanies their online information is not where they conduct their business (although the home owner was very helpful and understanding, if not rather fed up at having to constantly answer her door to people who are unable to find Ann physiotherapy and disturb her because they have incorrectly used an image of her property in their advert). Despite phoning the contact number (which is more of a booking line number )for 20 mins I was unable to speak to anyone so I wandered around the local streets and despite speaking to several local people no-one was aware of Ann physiotherapy or where they were based. The online location supplied by Ann physiotherapy was vague to non existent and Google maps kept flashing up that this area had "very little detail" and we're of no use whatsoever. I did receive a call from the physiotherapist 45 minutes after my supposed appointment but I've decided to go somewhere where I can at the very least speak to someone for directions and are capable of creating a web site that lets their customers find their place of business.
