   Not as good as it used to be no email to say your meds are ready now. always waiting 20+ minutes to find it them even when I have left it 5 days from it being signed off. Always stuff running out and having to go back a few days later The staff are really friendly and try and help but they are clearly struggling. and you can hear them talking about people from the back area so they need to think about what they are saying.

   Cokeham used to be fantastic, not any more. We had a phone call and were told some items were out of stock for a prescription and we agreed to take what they had available and wait for the rest and it would be ready to collect the next day. I went in the next day and the shop was packed with people waiting, never seen so many people waiting before in there. After finally being served, they hadn't even printed it off and had to check AGAIN whether they had the items. I said to leave it and do it when everything was in, I wasn't going to wait another 15 mins for it to be processed and had to walk out as I was fuming at the incompetence and wasted time considering I was told it would be ready to collect today. Complete waste of time. Didn't recognize many of the staff in there and we wondered if management had changed and now we know it has. Sorry Cokeham, we've supported you for many years but will be going somewhere else now. So sad to see.

   I am really hoping that if enough people leave a review whoever now owns this chemist will take urgent action. Until recently this was owned by Mr Patel who was wonderful. Both myself and my dear Mother worked for him over the years. The chemist was the hub of the community. I visited today to collect my elderly father’s prescription as I have done for many years. The queue was probably 20 deep (many elderly customers) and every single one of us were told that their prescription (which they’d had for almost 5 days) was only not ready but also many people were being told they had no stock. I was unable to wait the 20 minutes they were quoting so I ended up having to leave. I felt extremely worried for the elderly folk who were being fobbed off. Not only this but the conversations going on within the dispensing department were extremely unprofessional and it sounded more like a social club than a pharmacy where sick or elderly people expect a professional service. I would certainly not want to receive any kind of medical check up or vaccine from the current staff. What an absolute crying shame to allow this thriving business become a complete shambles. Whoever now owns this please take urgent action. It is extremely sad and very concerning. UPDATED- my sister returned yesterday to find once again the prescription was NOT ready. Not only that but no meds in stock. Again. Sadly after 35 + years we are changing chemist. Very sad indeed.

   Was a brilliant pharmacy until Mr Patel sold up recently. I have never seen a business go downhill so rapidly. There are huge queues now, actually out the door at busy times. Normally you will be waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get served only to be told you have another 10 to 15 minute wait (more like 20 minutes minimum). this happens even if they have had the prescription for over a week. Shocking.

   We are very lucky to have this excellent pharmacy so near us. Prescriptions are dispensed extremely quick, and if you wish they notify you when ready. Easy to speak to a pharmacist if you have a query. Highly efficient. Good range of non prescription items as well. Highly recommend.

   After having no end of problems with Boots at Lyons Farm I was advised by Dr Surgery to use Cokeham Pharmacy. I went in to enquire about changeover re my meds and to my surprise they were all ready for collection. So impressed with the professionalism and speed of service and friendly service too. They have taken the stress of getting my meds not only on time but actually being open! Thank you very much for helping me today.

   Very friendly, open and secure. Never feel judged when asking questions and all the staff are polite and welcoming. One of the pharmacists has provided me my monthly medication the day before they got my prescription as they know how serious one of my issues is and they always want to help! best pharmacy to date.
