Staff not customer focused. Had a pre booked pneumonia jab, wemt down only to be told that my dose had been given to another customer by the pharamacist on their day off. Was told to come back next Sarurday. I did nothing booked in. Im not sure if hopeless or hapless is the best reflection of them. As a fairly big company in Uk this must be a local issue due to poor staff work ethics

Worst pharmacy I've dealt with in Worthing. They never answer the phone, so I can't place a repeat prescription. When going in there, there is always a long wait just to speak to someone

Worst pharmacy staff are racist...especially if they know your Asian..every time I collect repeat prescription they will send you to surgery for your prescription..lazy staff only one is very helpful is the European staff

Told me I would have to pay privately for my medicine due to dr error. 25 minutes on the phone to my Drs, who told me it was utter nonsense. When I phoned back with details from drs a lady called Kerry repeatedly hung up on me while laughing. When she finally asked me what I wanted I complained that she had repeatedly hung up on me. She ranted at me before I asked for a manager, whereupon she ranted loudly and openly about me [by name] to the manager and handed the phone over. The manager said she would deal with Kerry and that a mistake had been made with my prescription which she would fix. Meanwhile Kerry could be heard audibly slagging me off [again by name] to anyone who would listen in the pharmacy and the manager declined to intervene and tell her to stop. They have offered to deliver my medicine now because of the hostility I would have to face going into the pharmacy!! Was given number for Lloyd's customer services who have agreed behaviour was disgusting and they are investigating. No customer service, hostile, rude and aggressive and openly shouting about confidential customer conversations!! It ended with me being in tears following the vile behaviour of the staff. I now have to find a new pharmacy as the manager did not seem to feel Kerry's behaviour warranted action. As a manager myself I am disgusted and would never sit by while my team verbally abused a member of public! Hopefully the regional management will take appropriate action where the local manager chose not to. Definitely NOT recommended. In the last 4 years there have been repeated errors made in dispensing my medicine and this is just the last straw frankly. My drs said it is not uncommon due to the high volumes they dispense...and recommended I change pharmacy!

I received an email from my surgery informing me that my usual surgery was closing and I was to collect my repeat prescription from Lloyd's Pharmacy Rowlands Road. On visiting, I was "greeted" by a very impatient and abrupt member of staff who didnt seem to believe that I had been informed to collect my medication from them...she fired a load of questions at me, not giving me the chance to answer and then said she didnt have my prescription. Very rude, very unfriendly, very impatient. What happened to service with a smile?

I needed to collect a simple prescription of some cream. I called to ask if it was ready as the prescription was already with them, l was told it would be made now and l could collect in 10 minutes. I go in 45 mins later to be told yes we will make it up for you now. So l am waiting in the little shop for another 10 minutes with people coming in and out. Eventually l am given it. The news of the virus has obviously not reached Lloyds Pharmacy. The cream is already made up and in a box, why is there always a long wait even when it is pre ordered and sitting in a box on a shelf. Lloyds, you must do better.
