Staff are always excellent. Friendly , helpful & knowledgeable. They clearly work under severe pressure at times but this never seems to detract from the service provided. Would give them 6 stars if it was allowed !

I have been going here for a long time, they are efficient with timings and ensure they answer any questions I may have. They show empathy for the patients when they have a moan and are able to respond professionally! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I have been visiting this pharmacy for years and they are extremely reliable! The staff are lovely and always welcome to help. My repeat prescriptions are always made on time. I can’t fault them! I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone, it’s best one I’ve been too.

Had a dreadful experience today been very unwell called because medication hadn’t been delivered only one day left and bank holiday weekend lady was so rude and then medication was wrong and had to call back again when delivered, and again meet with the same hostility, manners cost nothing and maybe think about the way you talk to people or talk at them which was the case.
Slow. If you have already sent a prescription via St Lawrence Surgery and the pharmacy has it, when you call to collect they leave you waiting a very long time.
