   The pharmacist is excellent here. Her quick action in giving me antivirals for shingles straight away, stopped it from becoming really debilitating. She's incredibly generous with her time and knowledgeable and has advised on numerous minor family concerns. All the staff are friendly and happy to help.

   Closes for lunch 1-2pm Mon to Fri and 2:30-3:30pm Sat. This is not listed online: not on the corporate website or Google maps, only on the shop signage. Especially annoying as Google maps has facility to accommodate split opening hours which I have put forward as a suggested edit. This has been an issue for years. Staff members are a mixed bag - some are lovely and very helpful while others are consistently rude and unhelpful. Zoe the pharmacist and store manager is brilliant. Wait times can be excessive at certain times of day.

   Went on my lunch break and I arrived at 13.00 but it was close which I forgot they shut every lunch time so was very annoyed and a waste of time and petrol. You need to update your website false advertisement

   Really fed up that it was closed today (Saturday 20th Aug). I work full time so Saturday is the only day I can pick up my prescription meds. I'm going on holiday on Thursday so this means I won't have enough meds to take with me. I know staff sickness can't be helped but I don't quite think they understand the importance of people having to access meds.

   I visited this store yesterday. The store was busy, as usual, but still the staff members had time for all of their customers waiting in a queue. When it came to my turn I had an emotional moment where I became upset and could not really speak. Claire, a staff member, who was serving me was so lovely and understanding. I was so grateful as she was so very kind. Well done Boots in Goring Road x
