   On only one occasion have I had a friendly service at this pharmacy and that was for a blood pressure reading. Waiting to be served seems to take a while and the staff in general aren’t particularly pleasant or welcoming. I asked the pharmacist for advice recently and was just referred to the GP without any concern shown. I find the atmosphere in there too quiet and unwelcoming and the stock isn’t great either.

   Went for coving jab, nobody was being seen, I was only one there. Pharmacist kept me waiting well past appointment time, he was just wandering, not busy! neither cashier or pharmacy explained delay. No respect at all.

   Avoid. Called ahead to book a private consultation with a pharmacist. I was told I could just turn up anytime. When I arrived the pharmacist didn't invite me into a private room. He didn't introduce himself, smile or show any sort of care at all. We stood in the corridor of the pharmacy where all the other staff members could see and hear our conversation. He didn't look at my condition thoroughly at all. I wasn't able to talk further about my symptoms because it was not a private space. He asked a few questions about the condition and how I'd treated it but each time this was done in such a way that felt like he was being condescending, probably because he showed no personable skills whatsoever. He left by saying I should get some antibiotics from my doctor. I then went to Boots and had the complete opposite experience with a lady who did give me a private consultation in an office and later prescribed me with medication for the condition.

   I had my COVID booster at Allied Pharmacy Worthing. The appointment was on time and the lovely Syeda did my vaccination. She was polite, friendly, and administered the vaccination painlessly. The pharmacy itself is well stocked, clean and has chairs for those waiting to be vaccinated. Super impressed

   I booked an appointment with the pharmacy for my covid jab. I arrive on time and was greeted by friendly staff and seen on time, and the injection was done by Syeda in a very professional manner. The waiting area before the injection was great with seating and other clients waiting all chatting to each other. The main part of the pharmacy was well stoked and I will certainly be using this pharmacy in the future for my medical needs etc. Brian Tew

   Always takes 24 hours from receiving the prescription from the Dr’s, they never rush to get it done for you. Today they are closed due to staff sickness so no medicine can be issued until after new years. Terrible service

   I would put 0 stars if I could. We don't come here very often. And even the few times we do,they don't have stock on basic medicines ,or if they order in something they don't turn up . Service is slow . Even prescription was issued by the GP a week ago is not prepared and they make you wait or come back next day. Staff seemingly don't care or given up themselves. I know their job is lots of responsibility of course but still it feels like they are unorganized and they don't care either. Comperably Kamsons in Goring quick,polite and just seem to be on a different level.
