Booked my flu jab online which was very easy to do. Popped in 10 mins before my appointment, filled in a form as Iām non NHS. Got the vaccine, paid and out the door all within 15 mins. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Second time I've had my flu jab at the pharmacy. Seen on time, and quick efficient process with everything well explained. Easy booking system and ability to modify the appointment if needed.

Both me and my Son had our Flu vaccinations at this Pharmacy. They were very polite and very prompt and the Pharmacist was fantastic with my 3 year old and very good with my vaccine, highly reccomend them.
Terrible service by Ogigni Schakir the manger, she mixed my prescription up with another customer's. Will never go back there, they should be struck off as they are incompetent!
A very large pharmacy with very pleasant and helpful staff. This is not inside Tescos but on the outside next to subway.
What a joke.Called at 9am to make shaw my prescription was ready so i didnt have to wait as i have a trapped sciatic nerve. They said yes and it will be ready and waiting. It was not ready so i had to wait in agony for 20mins This happens every time we call to ask to have it ready. They say yes and its never ready. This has happend at least 7 times now. Me and my family will not go back hear now. Compleat joke
Absolutely useless customer care 0000 they couldn't find my prescription and when they eventually did (I should have checked) got home and was wrong tablets i then was working away the next day and was unable to go there before i left, so I was left with 1 VERY important tablet so then had to call doctors again and waiting on the phone for my next available receptionist (which took as long as you can imagine) i could have done without and had to get them re prescribed to a pharmacy near where i was working away!!! Definitely would NOT recommend, incompetency in this very important establishment is dangerous!
Convenient location for a pharmacy, but as Tesco has it's own pharmacy counter this is a strange location. Have only used this place when I couldn't find what I wanted within the supermarket. Staff have always been helpful and polite, so they do make it worthwhile on the occasions I have had to use this place.
