   Bought items from the b&m however it wasn't correct. Took it back and the management and staff was really helpful in resolving the refund as I did not have my receipt with me, they asked me for details of my bank and they went and searched for the receipt. Thank you very much. Highly appreciated. Excellent customer service

   This specific store doesn't keep the B&M value items. Rather it only sells the expensive variants. Why don't you keep both B&M value brand and expensive brand like other B&M stores. Is it intentional to increase the profits? Frustrating!

   Great selection and prices. signage is good. Things can be grouped different to other supermarkets. Team have a good knowledge to help find things and helpful to guide you.

   It's a decent sized store but it is very poorly laid out. It's impossible to find things I was looking for battery led lights and they ended up being near the blankets or something. Not near outdoor stuff, candles or torches.

   It's a fantastic location for b&m, the staff are friendly and helpful and the stored well set out. The only thing is there are quite a few things with no price on, but the b&m app is very helpful for this and helps you find some bargains!

   One of those stores you go in for bleach and come out with a saucepan, a dog coat, a new garden chair and a new mortgage. Okay maybe that's just me, I can't be trusted in B&M even hubs rolls his eyes when I say going. I know most of the staff enough to say hello to them. They're always polite and very helpful. The manager goes out their way in fact they all do. Could do with more tills as sometimes they can be very long although move fairly quickly. I'm disabled they always help me load the bag on the back of my chair if I'm on my own. Honestly love B&M Weedon Road. Thank you for great service.
