I had to stay here once and everything was great. Clean room, neat bed, other amenities available. The staff were polite and courteous.

Honestly I find Premier Inns pretty Samish up and down the country, dependable and decent value. Was really impressed with this one though, really nice touch with the Halloween hide and seek in the room, the hidden ghost game in restaurant was fun and the gifts were very generous. Would recommend for a very central and convenient hotel. Parking is £13 in the adjoined NCP but if you don't mind a 3 minute walk I'd recommend St John's across the road . £5 for 24hr and £2 for Sunday.

⭐ Premier Inn Swansea City Centre ⭐ The hotel was a little hard to find, as it’s tucked away down a small street, so clearer signage would be helpful, especially for Deaf guests. We booked a double room but the receptionist was very accommodating and arranged to split the beds, which we appreciated. However, the sliding door in the room didn’t close or lock properly, which needs improvement. Despite this, we had a comfortable night’s sleep and woke up refreshed. Special thanks to Clare Marles, who was polite, friendly, and served us an excellent full English breakfast. Swansea is a lovely city, and while we’ll think carefully about staying here again, the staff’s kindness left a very positive impression.

Great Premier Inn. Stayed for 1 Night with 2 bikes. Room was spacious and clean. The window opened onto a multi storey car park so not the best view. Unfortunately the Air conditioning didn't work in our room as it kept switching off so we were very hot. (Room 212) The shower gel was empty on arrival but the staff at reception sorted us out with a top up. We paid for the meal deal and enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast the next morning. Great location, close to the beach, shops, and train station. Would Recommend...

Checked in on Wed 22nd March . Very pleasant lady on Reception .Helpful Cheerful and Polite . Same lady was in the bar later on in the evening working on drawings for the Easter Egg hunt .She was with a lady who was working behind the bar , again a lovely member of staff , it was her second shift that day as she'd been in early to do breakfast and was not finishing her shift until 11pm that evening ..hard going having a split shift ..not ideal for anyone .This is my view entirely and the staff member in question had just mentioned it and was not complaining in anyway .. Then the following morning we had a breakfast , very nice , though was let down by the black pudding which was unavailable..sad ! The lady on duty Thursday morning was also a credit to the company ..Nice manner . So I'm writing to say that the staff made our trip special ...I felt very welcome and happy to be staying.

Overnight stay to go see Dara O'Briain. The staff were very friendly on reception. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is central to pubs and restaurants which is very convenient only a 7 or min walk to Swansea Arena. Breakfast the next day was plentiful and hot with a very good waiter who was very astute with the people in for breakfast. Overall excellent hotel.

An exceptional premier Inn... Much better than many I have stayed in b4. I know they are supposed to be all pretty alike bit this one was just so much better. The rooms were the same but the breakfast was so much better....rather than ok this one was enjoyable. Everything hot, properly cooked etc. The staff very also exceptional...from the friendly and efficient receptionists to the the restaurant waitresses....So helpful and friendly. The rooms though basic were spotless and the hallways, lifts etc etc were clean and fresh smelling so the cleaners are also obviously doing a great job

Friendly welcome from the lady on the front desk. We booked a family room and it was spacious with a double bed and 2 x single beds; lovely and clean. The double was comfy enough, the single was very soft and the pull out bed was fins for a child. There were also spare pillows in the cupboard which I was glad about. We ordered pizza to the hotel- they didn't seem to mind. We were on the 3rd floor looking out onto a very busy road, the double glazing works well and it wasn't noisy overnight, there was some street noise anthers are pubs and clubs downstairs but it didn't keep us awake. There is free WiFi however its not particularly strong. Only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups even though there were 4 guests so that was unfortunate as both my kids love a cup of tea. We paid for 2 adult breakfasts and got 2 kids breakfasts for free. The lovely lady at breakfast couldn't do enough- there was plenty to choose from on the continental and then you could order an English Breakfast, this was lovely (apart from the cold soggy mushrooms). Parking- parked in the NCP that was attached. Upon arrival we were given a £6 voucher however as we had used the app to park we couldn't use it, ideally Premier Inn should have let us know that this would be given upon arrival. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Pleasant and friendly staff, quiet rooms (up there with the quietest rooms out there), and it's a large Premier Inn. The lift is ineffective so prepare for the stairs or an extremely long wait. Breakfast average at best, lukewarm/cold which was poor. Shower pressure varied significantly but when fully working is excellent. Generally cleaner than other similar hotels.
