   Absolutely disappointed! Im not one to normally complain as I understand people can have a bad day, but one of the staff was horrendously rude to my boyfriend today at about 2pm- 3pm. We were looking for chicken skewer sticks, my partner went down I believe aisle 5-7 can’t remember, a young man was stacking stock and my boyfriend asked him if had any chicken skewer sticks, this very rude young man abruptly shrugged his shoulders slapped the side of his hips and said ‘I don’t know what they are’ with such a rude manner and loud tone it was actually so shocking that another couple with their child looked at him with disbelief.i was stood with the trolley abit back from my boyfriend and it was so uncomfortable. My boyfriend then politely proceeded to explain that chicken skewer sticks are like sticks you use for kebabs and ask him do you sell them. This Tesco worker then with rude tone a most blank look ‘I dunno aisle 9-10’ and waved us away and turned to continue his work. We were in such shock. Like if you don’t know that’s fine but MANNER COST NOTHING! We continued to go look at aisle 9-10 and it was cleaning products!!!! It was obvious he just wanted us to leave him alone, and no one wants to work Christmas eve however that not our fault. As someone who use to work Christmas Eve that behaviour and is completely unacceptable and he should probably have more training. We then went to the side of the store where the veg is to find a more compintant worker and found a man with a dark beard who was more than happy to tell us where they were so me and boyfriend went to find them on the CORRECT aisle. Unfortunately we couldn’t find them so thought they were out of stock. Proceeded to go to the till with other items and the same helpful man found me and said ‘did you find them’ and I explained that we couldn’t find them. He then said ‘don’t worry I will find them for you’ and brang them to me and was so polite and helpful. Me and boyfriend are not ones to inconvenience people so when we couldn’t find them we presumed they were gone, so to have this lovely gentleman help us in the end was amazing!

During the Christmas period, the store offers excellent value on festive vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, parsnips and Brussels sprouts, all clearly priced with Clubcard deals(15p). The festive range is impressive, including Christmas chocolates like Quality Street, spirits such as Smirnoff vodka, and a wide choice of fresh turkeys and roasting joints in the chilled section. Promotions are easy to spot, shelves are well stocked, and the layout makes shopping quick and convenient. With competitive prices, strong availability and good presentation, Tesco Towcester is a reliable choice for everyday shopping as well as Christmas food and drink.

   The store staff are lovely but the management expect them to work wonders with less and less of the guys and women working so hard with so little support. It’s a shame that such a friendliness bunch are stretched to the limit .

   Just want to say a huge thank you to Steve who helped me last Tuesday. He was so friendly, and was really compassionate explaining why they didn’t have a certain product in stock and displayed incredible customer service. He even took his time to search the store (without me asking) and managed to find exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful, best customer experience i’ve ever had in a supermarket❤️

   Nothing super about this store. Poor stock control and limited choice. I visit every Monday evening and I always have to go to Aldi to finish my shop.

   Used this Tesco's a few times now due to the location. Overall a pleasant experience, but the size of the store let's it down slightly. It's a small store for the size of town, and therefore has limited product ranges. Very much a 'food only' store.

   Stacked normal Greene King IPA in the same boxes as the Greene King IPA Gluten Free, on the Free From aisle. An easy enough mistake the make but I can't image them doing this with peanut containing products. Customer service were helpful enough to replace them for me, even one that had been emptied because I didn't realise until after I started drinking it. I should check what I'm buying and drinking, but please make sure that things are properly stacked for allergies in future... Gluten Free isn't just a fad.

   Most of the staff are lovely and helpful, younger staff are obnoxious and stare a lot, makes me feel uncomfortable, not to mention the security guard who eye balls me like I’m going to steal something, try to avoid shopping here as much as possible due to the lack of stock and variety of different things compared to other stores, the music is also very discomforting. Very dull and depressing.
