   The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated. However, the quality of the school uniforms is disappointing. I've encountered several issues across different items for different schools, including bobbling, stitching coming undone, and noticeable fading. These items have been washed alongside uniforms from other retailers, which have maintained their quality far better. Unfortunately, the durability just doesn’t match up to expectations.
