Took my bike in for a service after ~5000km and desperate need of a refurb. Rob sorted this for me with a quick turn around and got the bike back to its former glory. After the first service there were some issues which arose, but Rob said no problem and took it in to fix straight away. No arguments, no complaints, just good quality customer service.

Always friendly and have an efficient way of doing things. I like that I can drop in and they’ll take it and let me know what needs doing, without booking. Staff are always respectful and will happily check up any follow up issues. Really recommend

Under-staffed and barely open. I'm unsure of how unique my experience was, but a simple tire replacement required a week of waiting and the price of two tire repairs.

Was on my way to pick up my bike. Was running 2 min late after closing time so I called. They said if i am couple of minutes late it will be ok. I came by 18.03 (have a proof on my phone as i started calling them). No one was in. My bike with my house keys locked inside. I am locked out of my house. Bloody great!

Disgusting shop my son and I took his bike in to get fixed the man handed my son tools and told him to fix it himself i explained he was 11 years old and didn't no how to do it he the gave me the tools and shouted what to do from behind the counter. I'm disabled with mobility problem I had to get down on the floor to half fix it....I called to enquire about there fixing service after this horrible experience and to complain. I spoke to the same man who explain yes we can I fix it for you at the back of the shop. I explained what had happened he instantly become aggressive and rude. He said he knew how to fix his bike since 10 year old so doesn't know what wrong with my son. I am disabled with mobility issues I had get on the floor and attempt to fix it with no strength In my arms. While he insults my son and family We went to Baker St bike who fixed it for us and where so pleasant and nice. Stay away from the bike shed not family friendly. Not female friendly. Not child friendly. Not disabled friendly. If your looking for a bad experience of punishment by all means go there.

This is not your average bike shop, Robert and his team are up there on the next level. After years of frustrating experiences across the various bike shops of Brighton and Hove, I'm so glad to have found these guys and have been using them for the last 2 years. My bike came back looking like new after its recent major service, and upon discovering that my gear change issues had not been fully resolved, Robert collected, re-tweaked, then redelivered my bike back to my house on the same day! First class communication and a relentless pursuit of excellence keeps me as a repeat client.

When you chain comes off your bike on a Sunday afternoon ride I thought my afternoon was ruined!! Then I thought I'd try the bike shop that I'd often passed to and from work. I was absolutely delighted that the very friendly man was able to fix my chain on the spot in about 5 minutes. Even better he only wanted to charge me £3! Wow fantastic service I will be returning for any of my bike needs in the future. Keep up the good work!
