The hotel itself was great the staff were wonderful and its location was perfect for my needs. The only thing that let it down was the bed (very hard but soft at the same time in certain spots) and the floor in the bed room was questionable i could feel the boards moving a bit more then was comfortable. But it was still lovely.
We stayed here during a quick visit to Llanelli. The whole hotel is fresh and clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generous and delicious, with a good choice of cooked food. Parking at the rear of the hotel is a real bonus, there's plenty of spaces. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Thank you to everyone who made our quick trip a real pleasure.
Just had a 2 night stay at the hotel. Upon arriving we were greeted with a smile and helpful receptionist. Having received our key we went to our twin room to find that it had not been prepared since the last guest! We returned to the reception to complain and the receptionist was excellent giving us 2 free drinks in the bar while he sorted the problem. A short time later he returned and offered us to double rooms and a free breakfast each for the following morning. We were happy to accept this. Throughout our stay all of the staff were very very good and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class and good value for money. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All in all a very good stay and as I say the staff are a credit to the hotel.
Great place just outside of the town center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean room, hot shower. Low noise and useful parking behind.
Fine hotel, stayed there 2 nights. Good rooms, clean and nice reception. Delicious food in the restaurant. Few minutes' walk to beach or other side into town.
Absolute one of the best service I have had from a hotel. With helping me park my car and carrying my bags to my room, to making me a drink and help with local knowledge. The Room was clean, although a little on the cold side. Quiet and well maintained. Thank you
Had a lovely cuppa and cake with my hubby we shall be booking to stay after Christmas. We had such a lovely warm friendly welcome the staff were great. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you
Had a lovely stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom en-suite. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, but was available and very reasonably priced. I do not believe the restaurant/bar/coffee-shop was open yet. If you are looking to stay in the area I certainly recommend this location.
