I bought a set of whites (trousers and long-sleeved shirt) and they are brilliant. I've been playing for 30 years and these are the most comfortable, best cricket clothing I've ever worn.
I’ve been a customer of Newbery Cricket for as long as I can remember. Their products are consistently of excellent quality, better than the mainstream brands, and they don’t charge premium prices for it. Last year, my Sunday team decided to use their Elite Cricket balls for our matches. The balls performed very well and held their shape throughout the entire game. Overall, very reliable products. I’ll continue to use them.
Bought a full kit bag for my 10-year-old son, who recently started cricket. The quality of Newbery equipment is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. I placed my order at 2:30 pm on Monday, and it was dispatched by 3 pm! Exceptional service and a brand I’ll definitely return to in the future.
You can't beat Newbery for quality and value plus an amazing customer service. I purchased a bat in December but the "feel" and pickup wasn't quite right. Newbery invited me down to the store to help find a bat that was a better match and I was able to swap it. Brilliant service and the fact the bats are handmade is a rarity these days. One of the best profile designed by guys from Newbery - B52 Bomber!!! Not sure why they stopped making this profile. I wish they bring it back. Very full on back making sweet spot very wide, traditional round face to reduce impact on handle, pickup feels 2-3 oz lighter, perfect pressing and spine to make sweet spot very long - starting from right under the sticker to just 2 inch from the toe.
This was my first visit to Newbery cricket to hand pick a new bat from the sps range for the upcoming season. I was greeted by Dale who was welcoming and very easy to talk too. He picked out a selection of bats he thought were best based on my preferences. He offered good advice, answered all my questions, and was patient while I decided which was the best bat for me. It was a great overall experience and well worth the visit rather than buying online. I will 100% return in the future. Thanks Newbery!

Outstanding! The guys in the shop have been incredibly encouraging to my son, from buying his first "Igniter" cricket set to getting him kitted out for hard ball cricket. Their knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none and they are always happy to answer my son's endless questions! It is so nice to be welcomed when we visit for the shop or to use the nets. I am hugely grateful to all at Newbery for such positive experiences.
Visited Newbery 24.02 to get kitted out for the 2023 season. Was met by Charlie and he was very good to show me around the showroom and what options I had when it came to footwear, protection & bats! It was brilliant to try some of the bats out in the nets onsite to see what I liked and what was better suited for myself. Charlie was very patient with me and it was great to get some feedback in the nets and face some balls with the bowling machine. The 320 round trip was definitely worth it and will be back in the future! Thanks Newbury!
Worst experience with Newbery. I have ordered over a month back for Blitz Xtreme bat that they showed online as available. But, the order was not processed and still not yet delivered. When I checked with customer service, they said they are waiting for shipment and I waited until they said and followed up again and No response from them for the emails. This is terrible experience. Firstly, why would they make the product shown on site to order if they don't have them in inventory. Secondly, why don't they have curtesy to respond to emails mentioning order status and when I can get the product. I will never ever recommend and purchase again from this company.
