   DMK took over management of the house I rent just over a month ago. After previously renting through 2 previous estate agents and having problems for 7 years, those problems have been sorted almost straight away since reporting them to DMK. The group are professional and easily approachable, especially Louise. They keep in contact and have been amazing since the day they took over.

I Would Highly recommend using DMK for buying selling all rental infact, I am having discussions with DMK about managing some of my properties. Both Mia and David go above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other estate agents even arranging for the locks to be changed due to a key mixup On the day of completion.

   Although I have previously reviewed and given positive feedback, having used DMK services (I use the word service loosely) for over 18 months, I feel that I cannot recommend this company. I had reached the point of frustration where I had to ask that all communication be via email rather than phone calls due to the differing responses each time to the same issues. Maintenance was completed at the rental property, money requested upfront and taken from the rent, and no invoice or guarantee provided, despite asking for this 6 times, and now being ignored for coming up to 5 weeks. I have reported this company to the Property Redress Scheme and also Rent Smart Wales. I have attempted to resolve the issues directly each and every time, including escalating to a complaint, but I have been ignored and left in financial detriment because of this company's poor work ethic. Landlords - please avoid.
