If it wasn’t for Sam herself my house would have been put up for Auction ( it was never an auction property) thanks to Sam I was saved from that error!    Just bought a house from Sullivans. Couldn't fault them all the way through from viewing, Sharon who showed us around twice, to actually collecting the keys from Sam. Sam kept in touch and offered many services, surveys etc which made buying from outside of Wales easier. Would definitely recommend them if ever selling or buying again. Thank you Sam and Sharon.

   I would 100% recommend Sullivan's Sales and Lettings. We were in a time crunch selling our house as an opportunity to purchase in an area we wanted caught us off guard. Sam fitted us into her busy schedule and got the ball rolling straight away. Sharon held an open house for us and was just so warm and lovely, we really appreciated her kind demeanor. There were a few hiccups out of our control along the way, but Sam kept us on track and informed throughout the process. Happy to say we are in the middle of our renovation in our new property and excited for the future thanks to Sullivan's.

   I recently worked with Sullivans Estate Agents during the purchase of a new home. During the initial phase of the purchase Sam and her team were really helpful and easy to deal with. The house was in the middle of a long chain which made for a very complicated situation towards the end of the purchase cycle. Sullivans Estate Agents took charge of the whole chain and managed to get things done where others had failed, calling other estate agents, solicitors and vendors in order to make it all happen. I was absolutely delighted with the service and would highly recommend Sullivans to anybody buying or selling a home.

   I was at the point of giving up in finding a suitable home and was actually going to cancel my appointment I made with Sarah. For some reason I went to meet her to view the property anyway. And I'm happy I did as that day I finally found the home I wanted to live in. . . my first ever purchased home! Sarah was very helpful throughout the entire process and always quick to help chase solicitiors when it took too long to receive any answers back. Always there to calm my nerves and very fast in responding to any of my queries. Sarah is extremely professional and so very friendly.    Purchased our first home and become proud first home owners as of last week. Sam helped us and was very supportive throughout the way. We had few bumps as legal documentation took quite some time due the back logs etc. But Sam from Sullivans was there to show her support and chased solicitors from both sides to speed up the progress even though that wasn't part of her role. She went over and beyond in this purchase. She is one of the best estate agents out there. I wish her the very best and success in all her present and future deals.
