   I recently moved home staying within the Neath area and can honestly say it is purely down to Simon we got through the process. From the very start when he came to view my property for sale, he was very polite and very professional - instantly it was obvious he was experienced and a very knowledgeable estate agent. He was selling the property we were also interested in. I explained that due to my availability with work I was restricted to what days I was able to attend a viewing and he was happy to provide a viewing on the weekend when he was due to be off. The sale of my property was advertised very quickly. Available on his website and third-party websites such as OnTheMarket and Zoopla within days. We had our first viewing within 2 weeks of the advert going live and even received an offer on the first viewing. During the legal process I believe Simon saved the sale/purchase from going through. When all was failing with awful communication with the solicitors, Simon was always available to give us updates as he received them from the others involved in the chain. Even when I was able to get through to my solicitors to be told there was nothing new, Simon would be able to provide me details that he had received. Always one step ahead of the solicitors giving me information even the solicitors didn’t have. I was completely new to the process of selling/buying at the same time as I had only been a first-time buyer before. He was very patient and very informative of the process making sure we were aware of what to expect and what would be needed along the way. I am relieved that we chose to go through this process with Simon and very grateful for everything he was able to offer and provide to us, and if we decide to move again, we will definitely be contacting Simon again.
