   Wouldn't trust them with a garden shed, took environmental health involvement to get repairs done, doubled the rent when I complained, failed eviction because it was classed as unfit for human habitation, reports are on the Tribunal website, what started as a lively home ended up as over 2 years of hell, disabled and potentially made worse by living conditions, avoid at all costs, I feel sorry for the landlord as much as myself due their failings as a lettings agent, rent smart wales, environmental health and court Tribunal all involved and still going on, thankfully I have now secured appropriate accommodation and can start recovery from the impact this has had on my health, just gutted you can't leave -stars. You have been warned, please dont end up in the state i did from dealing with them, court documents and environmental health reports back up everything stated above

   Sold and bought through Ferriers recently, amazing experience, so helpful. They always answer the phone and emails promptly, always friendly and very pro active. Special mention to Sian at the office who really gets her sleeves up chasing solicitors for you and is just so lovely. Also Neil who was excellent at the initial stages with valuation and viewings. And Brian who couldn't do enough as well. What a team, 5 star service and if we ever move again I'll be calling you straight away. Thanks so much

Sian communicated clearly with us through the sales process and coped really well with the inevitable challenges that occur.    We welcome genuine reviews but there have been at least two vindictive reviews from persons that were not viewers or vendors but people being personally abusive to a staff member for non business reasons. The police have been informed.

   Me and my partner arranged a viewing for a property marketed by this agent a few weeks ago. When I arrived at the property we were met by a lady who conducted the viewing. After viewing the property we were happy to submit an offer forward for the vendor to consider. However, the agent advised us that they like to market properties for at least 10 days before putting offers through to vendors but I was still more than entitled to submit the offer but this would lead to a delay in getting a response. The property had already been on the market for about a week and the agent ensured us that we would hear a response early the following week. She reiterated several times that she will definitely contact us. However, no phone call, no contact what so ever. Very poor service and the last I checked the property was still on the market. The agent could have easily striked a deal as we were definitely interested in increasing our offer. Shame!

   The best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I am a tenant with the Maesteg branch. Their care and support for tenants is amazing. Cannot fault them. They kept excellent communication through out the process from viewing the house, to paying a bond and rent, to moving in. They also sort out issues extremely quick. Staff at this branch are super friendly and polite. I will definitely use this estate agents when I buy my own house.
