I sold my house to Gareth who owns/works for Diamond and on his request, dropped the price by £5000 because he was purchasing my house for himself as he was going through a divorce and money was tight. He has now, 9 months later, put the house on the market for £60,000 more than he gave for it. He didn't spend that amount doing it up and I feel he took advantage of my then situation. Avoid at all costs they are rip off merchants who take advantage of vulnerable genuine people.
