My granddaughter and I personally love the Brewers Fayre. The service from a lovely lady named Alison is absolutely marvelous. Her happy attitude definitely makes the food taste better! Her interaction with us, conversation wise, always makes us feel better. She always makes sure we're alright and that the food is okay. She's personally the best member of staff here that I've ever met. Regards Charles and Lashaya.

First time visiting on a Sunday evening, with fewer than 20 customers inside. I ordered fish and chips with a beer at 6 pm, but the food didn’t arrive until 7 pm. It likely would have taken even longer if I hadn’t gone to the cashier twice to ask about my order. The service was the worst I’ve experienced, and the place left a very poor impression. As for the food, it was just average—neither worth complaining about nor praising.

Came in for food on Sunday as carvery. Also had discount code sent through. Waited a little bit in the queue at the bar, but was fine. Carvery looked really good, everything we had was great & guy on carvery was nice. Will be going back again soon

Stayed at the Premier Inn for 3 weeks with a meal deal so feel quite happy to give a review of daily visits to this place. I will start by saying the staff on the whole do their best, they are polite and generally have to deal with the best with what they have. However, the place is badly run and here's why. 1. Every single evening, all customers are greeted with a long list of what is not available on the menu. 2. When you go to the bar, you're generally faced with 2 options, a queue of people ordering food, no problem, but when their order isn't available, it's a trip back to to discuss other options with family members and then the queuing people get frustrated. If their isn't a queue, you then have no staff, either way, you're left with a wait. 3. A lot of the food is warmed up in the microwave. The quality is poor. 4. Breakfast starts at 06.30. However, a 20 minute wait for the cook to cook the food can be expected. 10 of us waited 20 minutes (06:50) until we got a cooked breakfast. 5 They call last orders early and close early with no notice. I was late for dinner @ 21:10, fine, I was working, no drink allowed on the meal deal as it was after 9. Then at 21.30 wast told it was last orders and they were closing. 6. Several meals, the starter is literally served at the same time as the main meals. 7. The trio of Indian nibbles are priced at £6.39. Genuinely, they deserve to be in the poundshop. The picture doesn't do it justice, those nibbles were the size of a 10p piece. After week 2 I decided to go to the Maypole across the car park. 10 times better. In hindsight, I should have not booked the meal deal and just eaten and spent my money there. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Only been here a couple times, they usually have the odd few bits out of stock but the food is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is not too dead but not super loud or overwhelming either. Seating and lighting are very cozy, toilet facilities were clean and pleasant to use, and they even have a claw machine and capsule machines for families with kids. The claw machine is a reasonable price and you get a prize every time, the prizes are decent too for the money you spend. Deffo would come here again!

First time time here and wouldn't go back. The staff serving seemed pleasant. They had lots of food shortsges. For my meal they didn't have any garlic bread or coleslaw. I'd asked perhaps if I could get some boiled Broccoli instead to replace it and was told no they don't do that yet charged me full price for the meal. They claimed they gave extra salad but look at that photo- what a poor salad. It's not like I was asking for the garlic bread/coleslaw to be replaced by meat or something! The dish itself wasn't very nice- the chicken had a burnt taste to it. We didn't bother saying anything and just ate and quickly left. Wouldn't reccomend.

Have been for breakfast before which we always enjoy. Went for the festive evening menu. Front of house was all good but no idea what was going on in the kitchen. Kids meals had bits missing and had to go back. My main meal was freezing cold and by time the heated version came out my children had already finished their meals. Same with puddings bits missing off the kids ones and by tome mine came out they had finished again. Fine for breakfast bit will not visit again for their main menu. Really disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised by the Sunday Roast, It was better than expected and quite good value for money. The only issues we encountered were the lack of staff about, it took 5 minutes plus for someone to greet us and show us to our table. But having said that staff were very polite and hardworking.

Went for a drink and a possible meal, but lots of food shortages- as I ve seen in other places- we had drinks only. Possibly short staffed as well as some waiting for the table, at the bar and table needed wiping.

Been here many times over the years and generally pretty good. Haven't been in over a year due to lockdown ect but went yesterday and well, its not the same as I remember. Chicken goujons for starters, only 3 pieces which I think is poor, pretty oily but did taste good. Chicken tika curry for main. Overall tastes was good but curry was pretty runny and poppadom was also oily. Had the baked cookie smore for main and well compared to the picture, it's absolutely tiny. Though tasted good but was not baked enough so marshmallows not melted enough. So yeah, it wasn't too bad but needs alot of changes to make me go back anytime soon.
