   We come across EG Law following our initial solicitors dropping us and what a service we get from Naomi and Hannah. It was our first time buying house and we weren't aware of process itself which turned out to be quite challenging and draining but Naomi and Hannah always answered all our endless questions, regularly kept us updated. Communication was the key as well as everything was explained in simple language. Thank you very much for your patience and we will definitely be returning back to you.

   We recently sold our leasehold flat and have no hesitation recommending E.g law. Naomi and Hannah very through, helped us with filling out the forms and kept us informed of progress. We did visit the office initially by way of introduction but found the portal great for uploading documents and general communication. If we did call the office, the phone was answered straightaway by Naomi or Hannah and that meant a lot to us. The whole process went very smoothly and was as worry free as a property sale can be. We only had one delay because the Local Authority had not signed off Building Regs but Naomi and our estate agents Gilson Bailey kept everyone in the loop whilst this was being sorted out.

Another positive of the process was the portal Hoowla, this enabled us to see the progress that had been made which was great.    Eglaw have been amazing. My first time selling a house and buying my next home I didn't have clue about the process as I bought my first home 19 years ago. I had the wonderful Kate and Hannah take on my cases and from start to finish they have been professional, very quick, very helpful and made the whole process really less stressful than it could have been. The other staff who have got involved have also been the same and I have no complaints at all. I was worried about the process as didn't have a good experience when I bought my previous home and used a different solicitors firm. But Eglaw were recommended to me and i am so pleased they were, from the initial call to ask for a quote it was clear I had made the right choice to use them. The Hoowla system they use meant I could log in and see the progress which was really good to use and made the process of completing documents and forms very quick. It took 4 months for the whole process, but that included me putting everything on hold for nearly 6 weeks due to issues on a survey I obtained on the property I was buying and then delays with the vendors & their solicitor of my new property, so even though i was in a chain it could have been far quicker if I hadn't paused things myself mid way through. Kate and Hannah answered my many questions and emails quickly and were so kind and helpful, especially as i hadnt a clue about the whole process at the start. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and if the need every arises I would definitely use the again myself. Thank you Kate, Hannah and rest of Eglaw for everything you have done.

   Charlie, Jenny and Debbie have been amazing. Charlie has been fantastic, quick in answering all my queries, and proactive when dealing with other parties who may not be quite so quick! Jenny and Debbie covered when Charlie had a few days off, and we're just as fab - I felt in very safe hands, probably emailed them far too much - but nothing was too much trouble! Even when we were receiving pressure from the top of the chain, they minimized the stress, and helped reassure me!    Naomi and the team at eg law were amazing with my house sale! With myself emigrating overseas it added additional complexity to the sale, but the team took it in their stride. In addition, there were delays on the buyer’s solicitors side, but the team really supported me and worked tirelessly to get the contracts exchanged and completed. I would highly recommend eg law for their professionalism, perseverance and their friendly and approachable attitude (oh and their office dog is adorable for an added bonus!)
