   I would give this store more stars if I could. Their service is outstanding. I accompanied my brother, a middle aged man with learning difficulties to help him find hiking boots to aid with his difficulties walking on inward turning completely flat feet. He is already doing physio and being seen by MSK but his current shoes were not helping. We were met by Olly an intelligent, perceptive and kind young salesman who was determined to find my brother the very best boots for him. He had William's feet measured on their scanning machine and was gentle with my brother when he did not stand in the right place at first. As it happened the very first boots Olly brought over were the ones. My brother's gait was immediately and significantly improved. These were also the ones my brother found most comfortable. Not all salespeople provide good service to people with learning difficulties but Olly was exemplary. He always addressed questions directly to my brother and was patient and considerate. Thank you for all of your help. My brother often finds shopping stressful, but not today. He is delighted with the new boots.

   Amazing service. Sales advisor was extremely helpful. Showed me all the features of the rucksacks I was interested in and helped me to adjust the straps and give me the reassurance the Osprey Kyte M/L was the right size for me. Such a benefit having in store advice rather than simply buying online and having delivery to your home.
