   Shoe measuring inaccurate. My little boy just started walking. I went to Clark’s for “proper” shoes and proper size measuring. As the fit of a shoe is so important. Especially with toddlers when they are learning to walk. The wrong fitting shoe could really detriment the progress they make. I took him to get measured and bought a pair of shoes, they measured him 2 sizes too big. I tried to return them on these grounds but because he had worn them once outside, which I was honest about. They said I couldn’t return them. So now we have a pair of 30 pound shoes unreturnable and I have to go somewhere else and buy another pair. My sister went a few weeks earlier to get her toddlers feet measured. They did the same to her, i thought it was possibly a one off mistake and i gave them the benefit of the doubt and still took my son to be measured, more fool me! And reading these reviews it seems to happen a lot!

   Utterly embarrassing and humiliating experience as I wanted to return shoes I hadn't worn but was refused. I swear I will never buy Clarks shoes for myself or my family ever again.

   Twas 10 to 4 on a Sunday. We walked in waiting to be measured. The 3 people working at the time were all stood round the till chatting away. We asked to be measured but we're told "ughhhh, we're not doin measuring anymore". This stressed my mother dearest out as she won't have any time this week to get school shoes for my lil bro the next week. You fellas need to improve your game. The fact you didn't even measure our feet was a joke.

   Took my daughter here this afternoon for her new school shoes. The young lad who measured her feet needs some training in customer service. He measured her feet, we looked at some shoes with the size he told us which didn't look right, his response was do what you want. I only asked if her measurement was correct due to the shoes were slipping off her feet. Definitely not impressed this time round.

   Took my Grandaugher in on 2nd Julie 25 to have her feet measured first pair of shoes. A young lad was serving and the manager just walked straight passed me and started to put shoes straight on the shelves. Went over to her to ask for assistance and she told me she would get someone over to me. Think the job of measuring is beneath her. Waited 10 minutes or more (only myself and another person in store) decided to leave as manager finally came to us. Found her very rude. The young lad came and helped me out with shoes. He was very helpful and pleasant. Emma served me (Manager) again found her very rude. For a Manager think she needs training in people skills and how to deal with customers.

   we went here to get my daughters feet measured , wasn’t much choice of shoes at all, her feet looked way to big to be in the shoe size they said, we then went newcastle instead , they measured her as a size up, so freeport store measured my daughters feet wrong, dont go here.. Go newcastle much more experienced staff

   Waisted time poor service. Waited patiently in a queue to enter the shop, the assistant on the door had seen me standing there for over fifteen minutes when I asked why the queue she simply responded that's for child shoes only, there where no signs anywhere saying adults looking for items for themselves need not wait. Poor customer service inside no assistants to help they were all at the back of the store dealing with families.
