   Fab overnight stay at Scald End Farm Cottage 4. Very clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside. My grandsons aged 4 & 6 loved the bunk beds and the reclining armchairs! The host Hazel is really lovely and super responsive. Would definitely return.

   We pop in sometimes for breakfast on a sunday with our dog. The menu choice is very good. Food is always tasty, I think they use good quality ingredients. Staff are really lovely. The room has large windows looking out to open fields with some sheep, A large log burner keeps everyone toasty, but there is a basket full of blankets if you fancied wrapping up. We keep promising ourselves a Sunday roast,... It will happen one of these days :) It is family friendly, dog friendly. There are a good mix of customers including cyclists, groups of friends etc. It's all on the flat so would be very accessible for wheelchair users. Oh yes, and their hot chocolate is something else!!!

   Breakfast was scrumptious and the hot chocolate I had was the best. Not too strong or sweet but lovely and hot. Service splendid and the atmosphere calm. I was fully ready for my cleaning when I left.

   Afternoon tea for two. Wow! Lovely sandwich selection and salad with bottomless tea. Cakes were superb and extremely reasonable price compared to 'the competition'. Look at the pictures, they paint a thousand words!

   Fabulous breakfast! Thought we would give this place a go having driven past on numerous occasions. Certainly not disappointed! Great food and very friendly people. The farm shop looks great too, must give that a go next time.

   Lovely tea room in quiet location. Went for a late Sunday all day breakfast. Good spacing between tables and lots of room outside to sit. Lovely views and even got to see the pregnant cows and a new calf in the field. All day breakfast was tasty. Didn't use the farm shop but looked very nice. Polite young girl served us, very helpful and happy

   What a lovely little find, will definitely be going back. A lovely little tea shop, stunning views, free car parking, a brilliant farm shop selling all things, local, fresh and well priced. Gorgeous outside seating and lots of open days including lambing. Good for wheelchairs/Prams. Can’t wait for the summer, to sit back and take life easy with a cup of coffee, fresh air and good views.
