The best coffee shop in Olney - always welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere, dog friendly and great coffee. My dog doesn’t allow me to go anywhere else :)

Food was awful, I asked for a well done bacon toasted sandwich, well the bacon was not well done at all, covered in grease, I sent it back, couldn't be bothered to get it re done as it was busy and only 1 person serving, my mum had beans on toast which was lukewarm, she said don't send it back she would eat what she could ! She was annoyed as she treated me to a bacon sandwich & a pot of tea and no one came over to say anything...The woman was rude behind the counter, she never offered a refund or apologised, I asked her how much the bacon sandwich was so I could give my mum the money back ! Which I shouldn't have to do ! I told her I wouldn't be going in again, we wasted £15... She just shrugged her shoulders and wasn't bothered at all ! We have been using this as a regular place to get a cuppa & eating but never again, I have told loads of people to swerve it as the attitude is awful and you are wasting money.. the food is pot luck... Obviously they don't want regular customers as they don't know how to treat customers... Really expensive for rubbish food...

Visited on Tuesday 16th December at approx 8:45am as the opening times are 8:30am. 2 ladies were unloading a car outside and the lady said that they were behind because they had been to the cash and carry?? When I visit a cafe I expect it to be warm and welcoming not cold and smelling of the damp mop!! Did It take both to visit the cash & carry? NO!! One of you go and the other get started, or go to the cash and carry after closing!!! She then stated, the coffee machine would take a further 20 minutes to heat up but we sat down in a cold cafe which had a damp mop leaning against the counter. So they carry on unloading the car while we sat in the cold. Then to top it off a couple walked in 10 minutes after us and the woman took their order!!!! Wouldn’t you have said, “wait a moment, I need to take that couples order first”!!! We then got up and left this tardy, shoddy, stinking cafe!!! If this is how they run this business, then it won’t be long before it is closed. Never have I visited such an unprofessional business who are selling hot food to the paying public. Unable to comment on the food, because we didn’t get any, but if the food is anything like the service , then DONT VISIT the little coffee pot! Unwelcoming, smelly, damp and dismal, just like the service!! If I could have scored zero, I would have. The toilets in The Red Well in Wellingborough are warmer, cleaner and smelled far nicer than this joint.

Just popped into this café for a quick bite. I ordered the veggie breakfast wrap and a frappe, and my partner ordered a regular breakfast wrap. The frappe came out first, and I could immediately tell something was off - it smelled like the milk or cream was past its sell-by date. I took a sip, and while it didn’t taste of much, the sour smell meant I couldn’t drink it. I took it to the counter and mentioned it to the lady, who went out back to check the milk. She came back and said she’d tasted it herself and found nothing wrong, and offered to remake the drink. I said, “If it’s going to be made with the same milk or cream, then no thank you - I’d rather have something else.” So, we ordered two Americanos instead, which were actually quite nice. However, while we were sitting there, the staff spoke in front of me, saying, “She didn’t like it apparently,” which felt a bit rude. When the breakfast wraps arrived, mine was neatly presented, but my partner’s was just collapsed on the plate. When he looked inside, the egg was so undercooked the white was still clear, and the bacon was insipid, fatty, and unappetising. The ingredients seemed low quality overall, and for £17, we felt pretty short-changed - we honestly wished we’d just stayed at home. The veggie wrap was okay, but it was made with fake meat, which I personally find quite unpleasant (though I suppose some people might like it). The atmosphere, however, is quite lovely - it’s just a shame the food lets it down.

Came in for 2 coffees and desserts. Absolutely delicious and I can tell it's fresh. The two women behind the counter were very polite and friendly. They even brought crayons and a biscuit over for my little girl. Will be back yum yum!

This is definitely my favourite cafe in olney. There is such a good selection of food (made fresh to order) and the owners are such lovely people. It has a nice cosy atmosphere to it ❤️

Went here yesterday for breakfast and a coffee but after being completely ignored by 3 members of staff, despite standing by the counter, we decided to go elsewhere. Such a shame that customers are that disposable to them considering they are in competition with a chain brand only a stones throw away. I stood for 5 minutes looking at the very empty tip pot… Went to the tea rooms instead and can thoroughly recommend!
