   5/5 for the person serving as they were lovely, very friendly. However, even with the order read 3 times we still received it incorrectly. We ordered: One caramel latte - receiving no caramel. Two iced Chai, light ice - cups filled to the top with ice Usually love Starbucks so this was a little disappointing

   I just bought two strawberry and cream frappucinos through the drive through for £12. When I started drinking it, it was absolutely tasteless. Horrible, I think they must have forgotten the syrup but basically it tasted like crushed ice with some cream. I would have taken it back but was already too far away to turn around. Complete waste of money, they are in the bin. I can't comment on the atmosphere but the service was good. It's just a shame that the product was so revolting.

   Helpful, welcoming staff. They helped my daughter, age 9, choose a drink (never been before). She loved it as a last day of the school holidays treat. They even changed the music to Taylor Swift, we didn't ask or mention the music. Lovely memory made.

   This Starbucks only serves paper cups which has plastic liner. Starbucks policy is to give customers a choice of ceramic or paper cups..Avoid if you want ceramic.

   Young lad in there, very friendly and extremely helpful. He doesnt get tea drinkers in there so he'll know what customer i am. Lad will go far with his completely inoffensive manner and customer service skills. I was in there 1 and a half hours on my own. He made it less boring as i was waiting for my lift. The lady was chatty too but i dealt with him. Cheers guys

   I love going to this Starbucks. The workers are lovely, the drinks are always top notch and l have started coming here so much that l even downloaded the Starbucks app and have gotten 2 free drink rewards due to now much l visit! l love it and how modern it is inside too!
