   Me and a friend visited to buy my first set up on Monday. Alex took great care of us and was exceptionally helpful. He made a coffee with the machine I was interested in buying, explained everything I needed to know, and recommended a different grinder (I hadn't seen) which was ideal for my needs. It was such a great experience and any nerves about how to use this new contraption were allayed with Alex's advice. If you are interested in buying a 'proper' coffee machine, this is the place to go!

   Great coffee and customer service. We went to see coffee machines, as we are considering getting a new one. Even though their stock is out of our budget, we were treated very well, got explained everything about coffee machines and what we should look for, we got demonstration of how to make a good coffee too. We even could see roasting machines and were served coffee. It's very cool place and will definitely come back to get more ground coffee, and maybe a good coffee machine when the time comes! Thank you

   Bella Barista are great! Why are they great? - Friendly and helpful sales. So far as I can tell, if you go round their shop, you can pick up anything that's in stock on their website. Ask for a thing, wait for someone to go find it in the warehouse, take it home. 100% of the time they've carried it to my car. - Decent prices and large stock. - Excellent aftersales. My new coffee machine had a small problem. Called them and took it round and they repaired it while I waited, no time-consuming RMA process, no returning later, just a friendly bloke who opened it up, fixed the problem, and cleaned it up a bit. - They make a mean coffee (better than me, cry) and if you buy something from them you'll probably get it for free.

   If only I could give more stars. Had my second visit to the store and again they didn’t disappoint with their excellent customer service, no hard sales techniques, just honest impartial advice, they are more than happy to spend how ever long you need to make the right decision and also to ensure you happy through the entire process. For me it is well worth the 300 mile round trip for the service and knowledge. Dave and Marco are superb and really know their stuff. If you are looking for a new coffee machine this is the only place you need to know about.

   I recently had a need to return my much loved coffee machine to Bella Barista for a minor fix under warranty. I expected to be without it for at least a couple of weeks but after a quick email to BB the return was arranged and the machine sent to BB by courier. They received it on a Tuesday and had it back to me by Friday, I was kept up to date including details of the repair work. Very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend BB for their service and sales.
