This place is a real gem. Slightly off the beaten path, but worth a slight diversion. The breakfast baps are excellent value and made with all local ingredients.

We've been to the Mud Kitchen multiple times since it opened recently and have been really impressed with the quality of food and the friendliness of the team. The menu is varied with sweet and savoury options and expanding all of the time. I particularly like the use of locally sourced / made products wherever possible - that adds to the local community feel of this excellent café. Highly recommended.
This family-run café is exactly what Cogenhoe was missing! - Great coffee, cake and bacon rolls (plus lots of other delicious treats on offer), friendly, accommodating staff and welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend!
