Met family in Costa today, couldn't hear each other speak, music far to loud so was having to shout over it. Didn't stay in there long, it wasn't enjoyable.
I had to come on here to say about the amazing staff that were on Tuesday morning. They had amazing customer service skills and were so friendly and chatty. I have been served by these two before and they are always a stand out for how amazing they are. The food and drink was warm and very tasty and was super clean despite being busy the workers were on full speed and are a true asset.
3 of us met for a hot drink and all 3 experienced stomach ache and nausea. We did not go anywhere else so a bit of a coincidence. Dirty water or gone off milk im not sure. Won't be going again
Stopped off coffee and a bite to eat here on our travels, to say I’m disappointed and feel misled is an understatement as I usually have a good experience at my local Costa. Coffee and sandwich for £5.99 on a meal deal however Josh the server failed to tell me that my Wiltshire Ham and cheese toastie was not in the deal as it was the other ham and cheese toastie on the shelf below! Buyer beware and look more closely as staff won’t correct you so you’ll pay an extra £5
Walking into this cafe was like stepping into a haven of warmth. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. What truly impressed me, though, were the hot, made-to-order cappuccinos. You could tell the espresso was freshly brewed, and the milk frothed to creamy perfection. Each sip was a delightful combination of rich coffee and smooth milk. If you're looking for a delicious coffee experience paired with friendly service, this is the place to go!

We don't have Costas where I live in Southern Italy, so it is always nice to pop in whenever I am back in the UK.
Tasty carrot and walnut cake. Latte tasted too milky, needed more coffee in but that's personal choice. Normally they okay. Chairs comfy, not sure if they've recently replaced them. Pleasant visit.

One of two Costa coffees at Riverside. This is the main coffee shop, with the other one being a concession store inside of Next. This is the one you’ll want to go to, the concession store is too small to cope with the demand really. Can get busy at peak times, but the baristas and till staff are efficient at getting orders through in a timely manner. This store doesn’t support ordering through the Costa app just yet, which is a shame as this could help with the busier periods. Having said that, they do have a Costa express machine in store if you’re in a hurry. Plenty of room to sit inside or out, but can be hard to get a table during peak times.
