Went to get two coffees on Monday summer bank holiday at 15:20. At this time they weren't serving drinks as they said close in 5 minutes. Very poor customer service. I seen online should close at 4. We went elsewhere. Won't be returning in a rush. Staff could do with some more training
This Costa franchise is situated inside the Weston Favell Shopping Centre on the main concourse. Decent coffee and a very predictable choice. The service was very efficient and the seating area was very clean and tidy.
Staff were completely uninterested in us, whilst taking my order they were talking to each other about their personal lives, which then resulted in them getting the order wrong twice, and receiving the wrong item all together when done. Drink was put on the side and we were told “go on” and ushered away from the counter. This was by one of the senior staff - believe their name is Wendy. Seriously rude and making the younger staff visibly uncomfortable.
This coffee shop is the friendly place with the best coffee. The staff are always helpful. Keep up the good work.
Lovely coffee and friendly barista serving us, but the poor girl was down here alone with a queue out the door throughout our visit. Is it too much to ask to spare one of the extras upstairs, wandering around aimlessly, to help out this cosier version of your Shopping Centre store? As an aside, whoever opened up the store this morning obviously forgot to turn on the music, so we were sat in silence.

Costa's second Store in the weston favell shopping mall on the ground floor this is more of the traditional costa cafe near the lifts no toilets are available in store but there are toilets available nearby in the lower foyer. Has the regular costa fair of snacks and light sandwich bites to eat in or take away.
