   I've now completed my third CPD Pilates workshop with Harmonise and cannot recommend this Academy enough! Stacey and Clare are so knowledgeable, professional and the quality of the workshops is topnotch ! I've been meaning to refresh and elevate my mat Pilates knowledge since qualifying a few years ago and so happy I picked Harmonise to do so, since then I've implemented so much of the teaching, I've refined my cuing and feel like a better and more confident teacher as a result.    I've recently completed my Pilates teacher training at the Harmonise Training Academy and its been an incredible experience. I've left the course feeling ready to teach and this is down to Clare and Stacey who are brilliant tutors. They are both warm and welcoming, very knowledgable and really supportive at every stage. The course resources are so detailed and really help with learning. There is lots of time to actually practice teaching on this course which sets its apart as being among the very best in the UK. I highly recommend this course.

   The Yoga teacher training course with Clare Francis was superb. It is the most holistic course I have been on. I have now qualified as a yoga teacher and I am delighted to be able to teach yoga. The other aspect that I found brilliant is the curiosity that is encouraged. The fully comprehensive teaching into every aspect of the physical and spiritual sides of yoga have left me wanting to learn more and continue to grow and study throughout my life. Excellent teaching. Warm friendly and accessible at all times. A lovely environment to work in. A teacher who is fully immersed in yoga and generous with her knowledge. I fully recommend this course. The other experts brought onto the course were also both warm, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. The group atmosphere was lovely too all working supportively together.

   I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Harmonise and honestly could not have asked for a better training. The class sizes are small so it feels really comfortable to ask questions and there is a huge amount of support. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and really friendly, and the teaching covers everything in great detail - anatomy, philosophy, hands on assists, postures, history etc. It completely changed my life doing this training and I have walked away with life long friends too. Really, really recommend. Clare is an absolutely fantastic course leader.

   The 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Harmonise was fantastic and I would highly recommend this course to anyone at all. The way that the course was structured meant that I could carry on working whilst qualifying and only ask for four days off work in total! The anatomy teaching, the experiential learning, and the support we received every step of the way was second to none. Clare and Alexa's teaching in particular were delivered with such generosity, care, and expertise. I particularly valued having the anatomy learning resources and worksheets ahead of when the course started. This meant that I could take all I needed from the contact hours, already familiar with the basics. I have gone on to take Part One of the Yin Yoga training at Harmonise and was bowled over once again by the level of support and rich instruction I received. Thank you for a wonderful, empowering learning experience.
